Manny’s Reloaded

While located inside of a busy mall, other reviews complain about prices and quality. To be completely honest, the prices are fair, especially for California standards, and it's also inside a mall. So its no surprise that some of the prices are upcharged compared to the restaurant counterpart. As of the day of posting this review, this is the last day they will be in service until further notice. It's sad to see places like this that put a lot of heart into their food and service, only to be closed down due to being slow. I loved going to this place every weekend when visiting Victorville, and I hope they do reopen soon, or in a different location. The food is great, I've never had my order messed up, and I do think they give you a big portion for the price they're charging. The staff is so friendly and it's clear to me this is more than just another food stop to them. More than just a job, unlike how other places treat it. All in all, best wishes to the Manny's crew. Moving the location will lead to there downfall the staff is never present to customers and hidden. I’ve come twice and never seen an employee come out front.They hire employees with the worst customer service.

This place was the absolute worst place I’ve ever eaten in my life. The food was flavorless, the burger burned beyond the ability to eat. The customer service is none existent and they have an all sales final clause after the horrible food that’s served. They even put onions on a teenager burger and he is highly allergic.

Extremely disappointing. The last location was exponentially better. This was a serious downgrade. Long story short: The Location inside a busy mall food court sucks making the ambiance terrible. The price being as expensive as before, for mall food makes it worse. The staff did not inform us that the horchatas contained allergens so when my son asked if they had Horchatas and ordered one they gave him a peanut butter shake with horchata flavoring. There is no traditional horchata...this caused my son to have a mild allergic reaction that we treated with benadryl. The patties were over cooked and dry and the $25 order of pizza fries were brunt and stale fries with lots ofncheese and pepperoni....thats about it. Everything that made Mannys great, died when they moved to this location.

Terrible , pictures and Instagram make it look great but it being in a food court of the mall is the first red flag I got two burgers fries two drinks and spent $80 not bad if the food was got but it's just overpriced mall food with a twist don't recommend it at all

Total waste of $18.47. These burgers aren't nearly as big as advertised. The bacon avocado cheeseburger was no bigger than a Whopper. I should have spent my money at Apollo.

Friendly service. We originally planned to go to the Manny’s full service restaurant nearby but sadly it’s closed down. I ordered the carne asada burger and I thought it was just okay. I ate half before tossing it.
The pistachio horchata was yummy- I’ve never had horchata before. I also sampled the peanut butter horchata which was also delicious. I would definitely recommend their horchata 😋!

Eat here on my work break, but always got hot, good food, and the servers in the front are always so sweet. Absolute gems. They always say "skip the next screen" for tips, but make sure to tip em! Definitely one of my favorite spots

Sometimes there's a bit of a wait when you order from here. The prices are pretty pricey but the food is delicious. I recommend the asada torta, guac, asada fries and pistachio horchata.

Holy hell! Great spot! Never heard of them but I decided to have lunch here with my daughter at the Victorville mall and I’m glad I did. At first, I was frustrated as the prices reflected a gormet burger price. I decide to chalk it up to inflation. Then, the long wait comes(relative to mall food wait times: 25 minutes) and I’m starting to get impatient. When the food comes I realize it’s all fresh. Omg! The flavor! We have a winner. This is no fast food joint. This is the place. Recommend the carne asada burger with fries. The staff killed it. Above and beyond. Good job!

My first here very bad food service bad and the prices are so high like $7.00 a drink for a fountain soda I would never recommend this place

Horrible food. Ordered the pastrami fries, birria taco and pizza fries. Pizza fries was completely soaked in the sauce. Fries were soggy. They shouldn't use such thin pieces of fries when layering sauce on top. Birria taco was filled with meat but both tortillas were soaked all the way through. Couldn't even eat it as a taco. Completely overpriced. Regular box size of fries just as if you went to Tom's for pastrami fries and it is $25. Tom's is actually much better food for better value.

My first time visiting Manny's in a while. I was surprised by the new decor. It definitely looks more like an Asian restaurant than a burger place. It was clean and comfortable though. They have expanded the menu as well. Still the same delicious burgers though. My wife and son enjoyed those but I went with the huevos rancheros on the new breakfast menu. All the food was really good but a bit expensive. I don't mind paying a bit more for quality food though. That's what you can expect here. We were very pleased with the service and they were very helpful answering our questions about the new menu. Overall a yes for me.
