Worker failed to get my order right, told the manager who was at the window if we can get the one sandwich he didn’t put on the order and she said no and to go around, told her we told him the order and it wasn’t our fault, manager said they can’t do anything about it. The food was made to order. The server dropped a couple of my kiddos fries en route to our table but brought back a fresh fry, and we didn't even know she dropped the fries. I put three stars because the kiosk ordering is ridiculous and needs to be charged. Aside from the one good worker/server, no other employee(s) offered help or assistance with the kiosk. Also, they really need to step up their napkins game. Four combo meals and two napkins don't add up to a good time. Thanks for reading this review.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered only a mocha frappe. Everything was perfect. And I love using their app to earn points for free food.
Parking: They do have quite a few spots for order ahead delivery to car. And they're parking lot can become full at lunch time.
Kid-friendliness: I believe all McDonald's are kid friendly. They have high chairs and I believe booster seats.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and access for wheelchairs and walkers.

Ordered thru app, and didn't get alerted about them not having cookies available till there at the pick up window where I was not offered my money back for them but pressured into taking something else .. since the line was extremely long didn't want to make a hassle for everyone else, to top it off none of my food was fresh fries tasted double dipped(pit in grease taking out sat the put again to serve warm) horrible if anyone knows the taste.. I would say you get what you pay for but being mcdonalds is just about as much as sizzler or more that's not the case.

poor management and poor service. staff choose easy and simple orders to serve and not follow the order number. had been waiting over 20 mins still not yet start serving my order. asked one of the staff and she said started serving now but actually not. asked the supervisor after 5 mins and she took my receipt and started getting the food. finally got my order but missing one item.

Place is horrible. Equipment is alway broken, not working, out of service. They're always sorry😆 😂 , I would be too if I worked there.. Last time I stopped here was during covid, NO ice cream machine, Ice machine was Broken sodas with no ice
C'mon, people! Never seem to ever have the McRib Sandwiches. Other night I went through the drive thru and they had ran-out of Coke. Jeez. Whoever is ordering their supplies is screwing-up big time and costing this franchise money.

I'm giving this 3 stars because usually they do a pretty good job. Not today. I ordered a basic meal, Big Mac, fries and a drink on the app. Ok until I get to the window for my food. I'm told they're waiting to complete my order and to pull around to Drive Thru #1. Right after, guy behind me pulls around to space #2. Several MINUTES later, car three leaves, then car four, then car 5. Nearly 10 MINUTES after parking, a guy comes out carrying several orders and hands me mine. The fries were basically thrown into the bottom of the bag (at most half of them were still in the fries container and barely warm). Get to my Big Mac and it's luke warm if not room temperature. Yes, it was lunchtime, but it was the same time I always get there when eating here. Hopefully they'll have their act together next time, if there is one.
