I have visited this specific McDonald's establishment, several times, while visiting my relatives in High Desert. Most of the time, I would order take out meals. However, from time to time, I would sit down, inside, to enjoy a meal. The lines, to order, were almost a non-existent. Since, there was an automatic order computer, to order a meal. Furthermore, during my visit, when I decided to eat inside, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The staff members, too, were courteous, helpful, and attentive. At the same time, this particular location was neat. The prices, too, just a with any McDonald's, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in High Desert, I would recommend to stop by this location, it is located close to Cardenas Market grocery store.

It is a typical McDonald's establishment, located on Palmdale Road, in Victorville. It is located in the same strip mall, where Cardenas is located. I visited this establishment, several times, while visiting my relatives, in High Desert. The lines, during my visits, were usually not long. At the same time, they were moving quite fast. At the same time, there was a self-service kiosk, so instead of waiting in line to order, patrons can order through kiosk, and wait for the meals. Of course, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in Palmdale Road area in High Desert, I would recommend to visit this establishment.

I placed an order at 10 and arrived at 10:30 to pick up a coffee and they had already “cleaned the machines” despite still being open for another hour and a half. I asked and apparently they clean the machines at 9pm. Their reason is “short staff” and they tried to fix the issue by giving me a shake. Not happy with this!

Great example of how to do McDonald's correctly! I got my order done through the kiosk and the receipt failed to print. I think it was out of paper. I went up and asked for the receipt at the counter. The employees did a good job of getting me the correct receipt and the food was nice. Good amount of wait time for the amount of people coming through. Really good job for something that has been an issue for other McDonald's in my past.

They are so rude. I ordered a whole different order than what they give me and still arguing with me. I was in drive thru and they told me I have to get out to get my current order. They never even went over my order with me. Bad service. I drove to another McDonald just to get my kids meals.

Absolute worse service, actually lack of service I e ever experienced at any McDonalds. Couldn’t place my order at the counter, was told they’re only doing it at a kiosk. So much for customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds to Joe Biden!

This location, and many of the others owned by the same franchise owner, deliver some of the worst service and quality of food. This specific location loves to send its drive-thru customers to park off to the side/front to deliver either additional items they are not done making from their order, or the entire order overall — this is a tactic that only benefits the restaurant in terms of making their stats look good as if they are fulfilling orders in a timely manner but in fact are not. Today they delivered my hot food at the last window, and then had me waiting 20 MINUTES parked off to the side for an iced coffee (that ended up tasting like WATER). By the time I got my COLD item my hot food got cold. I would’ve rather waited 20 minutes overall to get all my food at the temperature it should be. This is not to mention that there have been other times I have came and the food delivered at the window is not even hot and clearly not fresh. The owner needs to really restructure the staff and it’s operations because these locations are some of the worst I have gone to.

Really ! They didn’t want to take my order! I had to order on the kiosk but the problem is that I’m old school I don’t understand how to work it ! The manager was rude so I left. How sad that there is no employees that could take your order at the register
