Absolute worse service, actually lack of service I e ever experienced at any McDonalds. Couldn’t place my order at the counter, was told they’re only doing it at a kiosk. So much for customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds to Joe Biden!

This location, and many of the others owned by the same franchise owner, deliver some of the worst service and quality of food. This specific location loves to send its drive-thru customers to park off to the side/front to deliver either additional items they are not done making from their order, or the entire order overall — this is a tactic that only benefits the restaurant in terms of making their stats look good as if they are fulfilling orders in a timely manner but in fact are not. Today they delivered my hot food at the last window, and then had me waiting 20 MINUTES parked off to the side for an iced coffee (that ended up tasting like WATER). By the time I got my COLD item my hot food got cold. I would’ve rather waited 20 minutes overall to get all my food at the temperature it should be. This is not to mention that there have been other times I have came and the food delivered at the window is not even hot and clearly not fresh. The owner needs to really restructure the staff and it’s operations because these locations are some of the worst I have gone to.

Place is horrible. I tried calling first . The lady pick up and hung up on me twice to finally just sit the phone off the ring so my call can’t go through. So rude unprofessional and store needs new workers or to be shut down as a whole

Really ! They didn’t want to take my order! I had to order on the kiosk but the problem is that I’m old school I don’t understand how to work it ! The manager was rude so I left. How sad that there is no employees that could take your order at the register

I've been trying not to buy fast food because of the price increase and the fact that the food is not always right ..I use the app to at least get discounted...tonight I got a free filet fish. THEY MADE IT EVEN SMALLER... cost more BUT THEY SHRINKED THE SIZE smh...my fries were very over cooked...I've never in all my tears have had OVER COOKED FRIES FROM MCDONALD'S...maybe it's because I asked for NO SALT... Then my drink was filled almost to the rim OF ICE...with all the money being made at McDonald's you'd think you'd want to give your customers the perfect meal for the perfect price that you ask for...smh shame on you McDonald's!

Prices these days are too high to pay for food I don't get in the drive thru !! I don't like seeing my little girl cry when I get home and her meal isn't in the bag !! I even asked if it was all there... It's happening a little more often lately at this El Evado/Palmdale location and it's getting stupid !! Not Happy Right Now !!

Never order delivery from this place, they never provide any sort of sauces when even you specify put more sauces and pay for more sauce, never provide straws either, this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery from this place and added more sauces to see if maybe they give 1-2 bc that’s all I need but no never add any. Won’t be taking my money to this place for pick up or delivery again.
