I can not stand how McDonald's all over are converted to an environment that eliminates the need to have customer service ...where is the customers experience???? ... I get that times are changing and that the world we live in is all technology and all about advertising and promoting products... But you can't forget about the people... It's bad enough you've all jacked up your prices.... And what is the purpose of the table numbers if you aren't going to take it to the table .... Especially when you got someone with a small child come on .... Yes I'm being a Karen ... But when I was a manager at McDonald's our top priority was the quality of customer service and our product.... McDonald's has lost it touch at making the customers experience a happy one......

Take anything ice cream off the menu. Ice cream machine has never worked. Fries were cold and not even salted, nuggets weren't much better. Not worth the quality of food to ever order from here again. They think since its late they dont have to give a crap about food and no one will mind? Absolutely wrong.

This place is literally a homeless encampment. Didn’t feel comfortable eating inside. Homeless woman yelling and cursing at staff.

Good came out fresh and hot. The soda machine is calibrated properly. Frys were done perfectly. Ice cream machine worked!
Only issue is you need a bathroom code to open the door, and the only way to get it is through an employee. All employees were super busy.
