Worst customer service ,manager whoever is his name is so rude no customer service at all his employees dont know anything i was waiting in line for 30 minutes until i get to order they said they only take cash then i was like how can i order they were so confused sorry wont come agian to this store

Horrible, the food was cold, the staff is very unprofessional, the drive thru line took forever, I was missing a whole meal, the manager shows me the receipt with just one combo, but I had ordered 2 combos on my phone. And I tell her that it charged me $27 and she just walks away. Their app is broken and just makes people frustrated on both sides

It's nov 30th 10.23 and your cars are waiting including me. One car here before I pulled up . All I got was nuggets and it's taking 15 minutes

I went to order breakfast at 10:23 Am on the app and went to pick it up at 10:35 and when I got to the drive though the manger Sonia I think her name was told me I had to cancel my own order because they didn’t have any more breakfast, I don’t know why the didn’t make the order at 10:23 and just have it ready before 10:30 but not only did they tell me that but they said if you order on the app you have to be here before 10:30 to get breakfast which has never happened to me before the cherry on top was it takes a whole week to get my money back. Staff was rude and that manager seems like she’s on a power trip

Horrible service. I couldn't believe that the people standing behind the counter can't take your order. You have to order on the kiosk. They only help if you are paying with cash and it's just to pay. My order took a long time to be ready.

Really bad customer service. Don’t even say hi. Fail. Try to order multiple days for delivery and it says payment failed every time even though I used multiple valid cards.

The drive through took almost 15 minutes. And if I hadn't done a mobile order I would have just left. The service was awful. Not only did you get no greeting, he double checked the order and it wasn't even mine. Then basically threw the bag at me. My drink was wrong, the fries were old and the hamburgers were barely edible. The traffic in and out is so bad. And I've never seen so many homeless all at once all along the front, by every door and in the lines of the drive through. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Ever.
