My family went to McDonald's on amergosa around 1130am today this is the rudest customer service they manager said specifically we do not do service here and turn around..so we walked out and went to burger King...don't recommend this McDonald's at all...

A Night Hispanic Female Supervisor, extremely rude. Insisted my order was given to me at the window complete when in fact they had me pull forward for 10 minutes waiting on the remaining of my order and still wanted to argue the fact that I got my food! Completely unprofessional.

I dont normally write a negative review however I'm hoping this will help to make it better.Everytime I order a sausage mcmuffin with egg theres always egg shells in the eggs. I'm not exaggerating. Would be nice if you could train your cook to crack eggs the right way.

Once again I ordered a large drink and was given a medium. Female staff absolutely refused to give me the correct size. At this point it had been 25 minutes, so my food was getting cold and I had to ask for a full refund on my order. Management was in the lobby doing interviews and did absolutely nothing. The picture below shows a large verses a medium. The absolute worst service! They deserve NO stars.
