Truly professional and genuinely kind staff. I brought my daughter and her friend in after a playdate at the park, and her friend accidentally dropped her Happy Meal. Without hesitation, the manager offered to replace it free of charge, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture.
That kind of customer service does not go unnoticed.
To top it off, the food was cooked perfectly, fresh and not stale, and the barista made my coffee exactly the way I like it.
A+ experience all around.

Mcdouble was good, fries hot. Food was great.
However, was handed out the window, and window shut. No opportunity for ketchup or bbq sauce for nuggets.
Order taker was great, asked what sauce i would like. 2nd window was a fail, and seemed like management uniform.

This McDonald's really lacks customer service and order accuracy. I waited for my food for 45 minutes and the workers left my food out on the side for 20 minutes. My drinks sizes were incorrect, they didn't have dr pepper, and my mc double was not plain. There was a good amount of people also waiting for their food and coming back to get their orders fixed. The drive thru line was super long. I hope they get more staff because I would most likely not come back to this location
Has not updated their hours in the app and Apple Maps. I ordered through the app and went to pick up, just to find out they are closed.

They make u wait more than 20 minutes parked outside,, for the drive through order thats ridiculous… thats not fast food
Normally I have no problem here but today was the worst service I ever had here.
There was no napkins or ice in the machine.
I ordered kiosk and PAIDED at the kiosk and didn’t get a receipt went to the counter where the Vivian was stationed and tried to double charge me and refused to give me my when I requested it. Then lied to my grandmas face and said I was trying to pay for a different meal.
The manger Sandra was very helpful got me my receipt and Vivian will be reprimanded

2 inexperienced drive thru employees doesnt understand how to take an orders. I had order from mobile apps to earn my points, ordering $6 meals and vanilla cone i tell them to take it from my points,they charged me vanilla cone instead. I explain to them they still doesnt get it. I return the exchange money and drive away

My order was changed because breakfast time was over. The cashier mistakenly recharged part of my order. We had to redo the receipt. Not happy. I always thought McDonald's sucked.
