Sandwich made to order

Worst location I’ve ever been to and I drive up and down California daily. Had to ask them multiple times to remake my burger because they kept prioritizing the drive through and forgetting about me. Pretty sure the stupid manger walked to the back room to avoid my glaring. Over all terrible, every employee is bouncing off the wall, every order is late, wrong, or missing something. Stood in the lobby for enough time to see I was not alone.

service was horrible. They can't get your order right. I ordered 3 value meals and they didn't get it right. They forgot the nuggets. Don't go here. Find another McDonald's.... they would even offer a replacement. Horrible horrible place....they need to fire all the managers. Just worthless....

I’m talking about the McDonalds on Palmdale and 395. I don’t understand why I’m always missing something. I asked the girl for BBQ sauce and she said there was some already in the bag. When I got home I couldn’t even find one. I order 4 meals but like always the service is bad.The girl looked frustrated like in a rush. Makes one so upset. It is what it is.

Stopped at this location on our way back from Vegas and had one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. I was charged twice because the employee said the first transaction “did not go through.” My bank says otherwise — and so does my McDonald’s points history.

When I asked how to fix it, I was told to “come back in the morning.” I explained we live an hour south of this location and asked what other options I had. The manager offered no resolution except repeating that I should call in the morning — even though she knew the store doesn’t answer the phone. I even called the number while standing right in front of her, showed her that it didn’t work, and she just shrugged and said “I don’t know.”

If it wasn’t late and my grandkids weren’t hungry, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

I’ve already emailed corporate, but I’m not sure if that will help. In the end, I ended up paying $150 for 3 Grinch meals and 2 Happy Meals because of their mistake and complete lack of accountability.

The inside customer dining area is filthy. No one takes the time to check. The soda machine is all dirty, and the trash container is overfilled.

Just want to point out that there super slow and the workers don’t seem to be moving with urgency, and having customers wait an hour for food isn’t okay.

This McDonald's is the worst!!! They lie about their hours and close early!!! Also since they close early the app still allows you to order and get charged but no one is at the drive thru!! Horrible service.

Very disappointing. We stopped in for an ice cream and a coffee. Neither machine was working. The workers behind the counter offered no apology for the inconvenience. We had paid already with a card and were given an incorrect refund. When we asked for the refund to be corrected, the employee handed us money from the register rather than correcting the mistake on our card, saying only a sullen, “here you go.” While I surely understand having a hard day, this was poor service.

I wish there was a way to input a different location on doordash and stop receiving my orders from this location. They always forget half the orders or an entire order. I pay for condiments, drinks, and still receive none of the items I pay for. I don’t want a link provided to me like the other posts. I want this to get fixed. I have worked in McDonalds in the past and I don’t understand how you can forget to place items that have been paid for in the bag. This is by far one of the worst services that has been provided. Who do we have to call to fix this? What corporate office do we need to contact to ensure we are getting what we have paid for and at least minimum customer support/services? They should allow us to pick where we want our services from if its not going to get fixed even after escalating this into the doordash app.
