The food here is what you would expect but somehow they always mess up my order in the drive thru. If I go in it is fine but that is the only time. Either they mess it up on the receiving side or when it is given to you something is wrong. And they can't blame you since they read it back to you so quickly and you can barely hear them out of that drive thru speaker.

Today after waiting in the Drive through for over ten minutes I reached the speaker. After I started my order I was asked to wait then was told that they weren't serving breakfast anymore. I looked at the time, it was 11:03am. I asked what time breakfast stopped and was told 11am. I didn't argue, I wasn't happy but just tried to figure out what my family wanted for a meal that we didn't want to have yet.After getting to the second window I was asked to pull to one of the reserve spots because they had just started serving breakfast so everything wasn't ready.

This location is consistently one of the worst locations up here in the high desert. Ever since this location has opened, the service has been horrible. Horrible. Wait times in the drive through customer service is not exist. In when you call and complain, you never get a call back from a manager district manager. Anyone so going forward? I'm just gonna call. Mcdonald's corporate complaint line instead of calling your customer service number

In service I gave 3 stars because it has happened to me 3 times that I order hot coffee in the app, and they charge me for the order, but in a while they come and tell me that the machine is broken and the refund arrives in 2 days, in my opinion opinion they should update the online service so that it does not appear available when they do not serve coffee.

Very bad service, I made two separate orders with different codes because I was living with my brother and. My phone desis codes accepted and. The person speaks English and I also speak. With a bad attitude, he even overcharged me and put someone else and. It seemed like a devil also a horrible attitude from the people I asked them for two big mac combos with the different code and. A mocha frappé in one combo and a soda in another and a large coffee and they gave me a combo and they didn't charge me with a regular code. Apart from some large potatoes, separate the two frappés, one large, one small and a large coffee and they charged me almost 40 y. At the checkout they give me 2 large coffees, 4 mochas, 2 large ones, two medium ones, one large potato for 40 when you are going to imagine that someone orders a double of the same thing and they made me stay for an hour with the fat woman who is there, a young woman with a large breast. With a horrible attitude and. She told me that because I didn't speak English, the other person practically didn't understand me and called me stupid and when I did speak English and she didn't even understand anything in Spanish, a very kind older lady with glasses calmed her down and apologized and they gave me only one combo and the same I spent money, they charged too much, as a manager, they should put people who know that they have a good attitude, kindness, this happened tonight, and who knows if they put something bad in it. Ami, my food and children, if there is any damage, manager, I will file a complaint, fire you, be careful with your workers.

Stinginess at its best. They are slow on food making and hand out. Orange juice is 3/4 full cup no matter what size you get. Very disappointed. No napkins, no ketchup no nothing. When they tell you yo go park and wait for your food and finally get it. They just say “here you go bye”, they don’t even ask if you’d like any sauce or anything. They basically tell you to “f” off and go on about your business.
