Went for Thanksgiving dinner and had the worst service that I’ve ever had there. Three tables came in after us and got served before us. There was no checking to see if we wanted additional coffee or water until we requested it. The food came out Cold and when we Informed the server he was less than accommodating. Spending $100 with tip and receiving less than stellar service is beyond disappointing.

Riddle me this...why would anyone schedule only two serves for two seminars on veterans Day? Over an hour wait with an empty dining room.

Tried getting free veterans meal and they purposely avoided me. Then had the nerve to tell me that there was an hour wait when hardly anybody was in there.

I do not recommend! We showed up to a basically empty restaurant at 5:00 pm. No one greeted us and we sat for 10 minutes before someone came to greet us. They just took our name down and walked away. 10 more minutes passed and still nothing. Mind you there was barely any people there. Finally after almost a half an hour and still nothing! So we left. I will never come back due to how rude and inconsiderate of our time this place is.

Extremely slow service with more then half of their tables empty waiting to be filled. Been waiting over 15 minutes and we are the first group to come in for a while..

Seriously isn't the place for breakfast anymore. 4 waiters throughout the entire restaurant not even half of the capacity full. Took over 15 mins to acknowledge and take our beverage order. Another 30-45 mins for the food to come out. Missing silverware, napkins, ketchup, sauces, had to steal them from another table simply because the waiter never came by. Half the food made it to the table, the 2nd part of the food I had to ask other waiters to bring out the rest. Not once did they show up and ask for refills on our drinks.... been here 2-3 times in the last couple months, service just keeps getting worse. Save your time, go to a different restaurant.
Great food and selections. Cinnamon Roll French Toast was great. Staff was Friendly and helpful.

I was waiting just to get seated for like 15 mins it was even packed and its always the say guy with a pony tail i like mimis food but service with this guy sucks !
