This is such a great donut shop and have really good ham and cheese croissants. They're open 24 hours and even in the middle of the night if you go in there usually pretty well stocked. And they have really nice staff working.

Came in late on a Saturday and was still met with a great selection of donuts and a smile from the staff. Fun spot with a good vibe.

Dreamy donuts, once known as Niels donuts, continue with the exceptional variety and quality.New owners are just as committed to the deliciousness of their donuts. My favorite is the apple fritter, especially the large ones. Also the jalapeño, ham, and cheese croissant is awesome. Their coffee is much better than Starbucks across the way. Definitely more value and flavor than that other place, Starbucks ?Highly recommend this family-owned business.

Stopped today and purchased a very tasty crumb covered cinnamon roll. I wanted a hot tea with it, but the 3 boxes they had were not what I was looking for. Could not get iced tea as the machine was not working. Finally, chose a bottled drink from the huge selection in the cooler.Sat to. Eat and read. There were crumbs on the table and the general appearance of the shop was untidy. Floor was clean.Could not locate a napkin.Service is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hour I spent there, a steady stream of folks came and went. They seemed to be regulars. The bilingual staff accommodated Spanish-speaking as well as English-speaking customers.Donuts- 5Price - 5Customer service - 5Facility/Ambiance- 2This shop would benefit from some upgrading and more frequent table wiping.It's not easy to compete when there is a Starbucks close by and Tea House down the street.

It's a five star donut shop if you catch them before noon because the donuts seem to sell fast at times. I only gave it a 4 star because if you get there late you'll miss out on the specialty donuts (they're that good).I highly recommend them.
