Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My husband and I sat for 20 mins our waiter walked passed us did not say anything didn't do nothing completely ignoring us, maybe he does not serve interacial couples. I went to the front desk the woman came brought us water. I asked for a manger Austin who came over, we started telling him the issue he acted like it was not important and took our order. Manager sent another waiter from other side of restaurant to serve us, Hector was very pleasant, very nice, when he went on break Kareem was very kind, pleasant. Hector & Kevin speak the value of customer service and being a decent human beings. Thank you both for giving us best customer service that always brought us to this olive garden. I do not think we will be back, so ashamed that employees at this establishment ever acted like this. Very disappointed

In a time where most restaurant chains are focusing on nothing but cutting back on cost, portions, quality and customer service, Olive Garden has managed to stay consistently good, if not better as time goes on. Always a pleasant dining experience. Absolutely love the relaxing atmosphere, and classical music. We came today for Sunday brunch, and it was wonderful. Our server, Kacey was awesome in every way possible from beginning to end. The food was marvelous. Never any skimping on the portions, while maintaining very fair prices! The restaurant is always clean, well kept, cozy, and well managed. Thank you Olive Garden for your commitment to Excellence. Bill and Maria

Went for dinner, busy Friday night... First day of the month. Everybody's got money today.
Expecting a nice dinner with good food.
Party of 5. Three order soup and salad, two order entrees. Soup arrives first, no silverware or napkins on table. No bread sticks! Wait wait wait, soups gone, still no bread sticks, No salad. Finally, bread sticks arrive, No refill of soup, still No salad, no entrees and no appetizer. When the salad arrives, it appears to be a bowl of salad from, yesterday or perhaps an accumulation of all the leftover salads from earlier today... No tomatoes, olives, onions or peppers on top or in the mix at all. Wilted old gross lettuce. Unacceptable!
The server tried but the food was disappointing and the management needs improvement!
All in all, we had to ASK for items to be removed from the bill as they NEVER ARRIVED and we ended up spending over $180 for soup and inedible salad from the trash bin.

We arrived about 45 minutes before closing time and our server was amazing! She was very attentive and accommodating. I was hesitant about going there so late. I enjoyed the sweeter confetti wine with my meal also. I was completely satisfied with our service, food and the waitress was very nice! Thank you so much

I will start by saying Shahin is very good at customer service. Came in to place an order to go. Had an issue checking out. He was calm and handled it and got me something to drink while he got it taken care of. Thank you. The fettuccine is really good. Of course, the salad and bread sticks. You can't go wrong. They take home meals also look really good. I got the 5 cheese zita. I've been here a number of times. Never an issue.

Called and asked if the unlimited pasta deal is current. Was told over the phone it was. Arrived and told no, it's not until October. Disappointing but ordered something else. The food is great. Highly recommend the Calabrian Steak N Shrimp Bucatini.
Service was oddly disappointing. 30+ mins after being sat without soup, salad, or appetizer ordered. While seeing other patrons receive their full meals and leave before anything besides our drinks and bread sticks come out.
I don't often leave a poor tip but I felt it was justified.

We stop here a lot on our road trips! Susie was out bartender/waitress, and gave us over and above service! It was also the best salmon that I've ever had there! I had them put the sauce, that they use on their chicken, on top of my salmon instead!!! SO delish!!! See ya soon, Susie!!! 😊❤️

I've enjoyed going to different olive gardens over the years but my recent experience here made me not want to go to another ever again. Waitress seemed rude and rushed. She kept reaching over my food. Made me not want to continue eating. If anything order for pick up. Good luck

Food was good. Our server was pleasant but overwhelmed. We ordered soup salad and breadsticks at about 2pm. Not too busy. Was disappointed with the service. We at no time during this visit, had all 3 (soup.salad.breadsticks) on our table at the same time. We got breadsticks. Then about 10 mins later our salad. Then about 15 mins later our soup. We were disappointed in this visit.
