The service was awful the worker she was just rude and brought the wrong drinks and when said it was wrong she specifically said “I’m sure it’s correct” The food was just nasty it didn’t taste fresh at all. The food taste like a microwaved food. Highly won’t go to this location again

"I usually have a great experience here, but today was disappointing. Our server seemed inexperienced and was rarely around. We didn't receive any drink refills, and my friend's meal was completely overlooked in our order. When we arrived, I requested a cappuccino and a tiramisu. I received my cappuccino, but I had to ask for the tiramisu three times before it finally came." The purpose of the cappuccino was to enjoy it with the tiramisu that did not happen. I really hope they train there employees better. Thank you to the waitress that came over when our waiter went on his break she was easy to talk to and quickly took care of us.

Lacked flavor for the price of the meal.
Ordered all you can eat soup and salad.
They don't bring out the soups fast enough.
Made me wait and wait.
Only ended up getting 3 bowls whe in the amount of time we were there I could of had way more. They are just slow

Got seated 15 minutes later, and I finally got a waitress to acknowledge us. Our real waiter came 10 minutes after that. Got order wrong forgot to bring bread. Took a break didn't tell his tables but he got our togo boxes fast. Food was good at least.

Parking: Better off parking at Macy's on busy nights.

Still lousy. I don't say this very often at all! But this chain is The Worst! The bread sticks aren't even good anymore. Ask for fresh sticks, and they came out hard to! There's nothing good about it. Don't waste your time!

Manny is very friendly and efficient. Our meal was delicious. We always stop here in our way home.
Ample parking lot on the on both sides of the restaurant.
