The dungeness and snow crab are great, the spice levels are good , you can ask them to kick it up a bit and they will. I haven't had the ki g crab yet because the price is still to high $150 .the atmosphere is casual and very nice!

Portion size for the prices was actually very good, ordered 1lb of crayfish and .5lb of shrimp. Rajun Cajun flavor and medium spice. Was definitely not spicy enough nor is it very Cajun. As some one who has lived in Louisiana and South TX for over a decade its very poor version of real Cajun seafood. I will say it's prolly what I expected from a Cajin restaurant in Victorville. The shrimp were good size but very over cooked and mushy. The Crayfish were very very small, which is sad because we are just leaving the season and so there should have still been decent supply of decent size mud bugs. Everything was in a think almost garvy like sauce concoction to add flavor instead of being boiled in spices. Over all I can't rate the food higher then a 2. The service was prompt, the wait time was very short and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

Christian was our waiter and he's people friendly. My order was correct and he kept coming to my table. Food was awesome and hot. Thank you Christian. What days he work I want him to be our waiter every time. Spent over $100

Girls1 where too busy to greet, and talking. Only reason i got service was because the cook happen to come from the back. I only saw her 2 times. Once to order... and at the end to pay. Lazy as hell there.....

The food was overpriced, but good. Service was not great. Food came out before the drinks, only one crab cracker allowed per table because they “lose a lot of them,” server said he was “all over the place” and there were very few other diners present.

Waited to be seated and was never given menus. No one ever came to ask for refills or if we needed anything. I had to walk up to the counter and the people ignored me. I order shrimp and they had to remake it twice and still forgot to add my extras.

Our server Hugo serve a large group and got every irder perfect didn’t miss a thing.
Although we waited a bit for food, it was well worth it. The food was so delicious and plenty of it. I will make this our Friday place to go 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼👍🏼

Food was ok. Sauce for the shrimp was very clumpy, personally not a fan of it being clumpy. Food is pricey.
Customer service sucked. Person taking my order was rude & wasn’t helpful in menu options at all. They didn’t check in on us at all after we got our food. Better seafood boil places elsewhere. Wouldn’t come back here

Hot. No ac wich I believe is illegal.
They didn't want to answer the phone because it's Mother's day.
Online orders are $10 extra per bag, no delivery. Pickup only.
$10 extra per bag for pickup*, is crazy.
And not answering the phone on purpose to overcharge, is illegal.
It's illegal to overcharge because of holidays just like natural disasters.
Similar to charging $10 for a bottle of water during a tornado or hurricane. Illegal.
And the cashier was very rude.

Very expensive but man is it good

Overall I think the restaurant deserves the 5 stars I gave. The two times my family and I went the food was delicious. Our first visit I wasn't to happy about the customer service. The staff that night didn't seem to wanna be there , took forever to be acknowledged and sat also took awhile to get started and greeted by our server. Didn't receive a bucket to discard my shells from my boil little things like that but that didn't stop us from coming back again and the second time was a bit better customer service wise still took some time to be acknowledged and sat but the young lady with orange was a great server and the food was still great!

Edit(4/27) 3rd visit wasnt the greatest at all.
