Waiter sucked she was rude and never brought me water after i asked her 2x Manager was ok he finally got me water befor i left. Left the check before we got done eating then made us wait more than 20min before we finally just brought the check up to the counter. The food was ok i ended up cutting my finger with the crab leg they dont give u the right utensils to crack the crab legs and get the meat plastic forks didn't help and crab legs were to soft to use nut cracker. I will take the drive to the boiling crab ? or crab shack next time.

Can your employees get off their phones and stop socializing and start working. Horrible work ethic on your whole crew in the font. Everyone on their phones and just gossiping. I don’t respect it. It’s hard finding a job nowadays and your staff shouldn’t have the opportunity and luxury of getting decent pay with this type of work ethic. Date is 02/25/24 it’s 1:26 your staff of 3 in the front are having a great time sitting down in a chair socializing drinkin Starbucks.

I recently went to this place and bought 3 pounds of shrimp to carry out and this Asian guy didn’t wanna give me an extra bag of lemons the excuse was one bag of lemon per bag of shrimp I told him every time I eat at the place they give me plenty of lemons.. he was very rude and unprofessional

A nice local spot in the high desert! I didn’t even know this place existed. The prices are reasonable and the service was absolutely excellent. If you’re a seafood fan and looking for a similar experience to Boiling Crab, I definitely recommend this place!

Service was on the slower side- the potatoes were extremely overcooked causing them to disintegrate into the sauce-corn had little flavor almost as if everything were boiled ahead of time and sauce thrown on when the order was placed. It makes for a bland boil when things aren't seasoned properly-not for me-sauces were decent-had two kinds.
Food is delicious! Staff is exceptional and always nice and friendly.I've been here twice. Both times the food is exceptional! I get 1/2lb of Shrimp and 1/2lb of Sausage with the Rajun Cajun flavor. This has the perfect amount of spice/heat. But still allows you to taste your food ?I then order some White Rice and pour that Cajun sauce all over. Simply delicious and definitely filling!HIGHLY recommend this spot. You will NOT be disappointed!Parking: Plenty of parking spots available as this is part of a strip mall.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals available (for those that don't enjoy the seafood options).
M my son went here last night paid on the online app took his money and when he went in they said no order by that name. It was getting close to closing time they didn't want to make it. They told him that they haven't did online order in weeks ,which was a lie he showed is last week order. My son ended up with no food no money he still trying to get money back crazy

I absolutely love this place! If you're looking for cajun seafood or seafood boils, I highly recommend Pacific Crab House. Very affordable, nice music, and multiple tvs. My boyfriend and I love our date nights here. Unfortunately i'm moving towns so please replace my business with yours!
