I’m not ever going back to this store. Specifically three days ago 3/12/2024 at 6:04pm. I took my son here for their honey seemed chicken breast. That tasted funny but it kinda gave off the taste I was looking for. When I tell you the food gave me and my son food poisoning. My son had really bad food poisoning. Throwing up every thing I’m so mad that my baby got sick because of there recklessness in preparing the food here. I’m just now able to stop throwing up and I’m making sure that I make this post. To worn parents about this. Be careful everyone I wouldn’t want nobody else and kids to get sick like this it’s not worth the price you pay for the food.

Woman on intercom (Asian accent), was rude, argumentative because I wanted to change my “bowl”, from rice to noodles. Long story short, I got food poisoning from the rice, I believe. The rice was hard. A matter of minutes, after eating the “rice bowl”, my stomach started bubbling, and I barely made it home, and into the restroom. Barely. Do not eat here. If you choose to ignore this, at least go inside the restaurant, and watch them closely, as they prepare your food. I have NO DOUBT, the rice in that bowl, made me sick. I will not go there again.
I don't make it a habit to do bad reviews because I understand a restaurant could just have an off day. I stupidly have given this Panda a shot 4 times and each time there's an issue. Whether it's a rude employee who tells me not to get an attitude with her when trying to correct my order, missing or wrong items, or just poor quality food. Tonight I ordered the chili shrimp. It's absolutely dry with some chili flakes on them and the shrimp is overcooked. I've had it at other locations...this is not how it's supposed to be served. I also ordered half rice/half chow mein and got all chow mein. I gave 2 stars because the green bean chicken breast and chow mein is up to par. It's unfortunate that this Panda is on such a busy highway because if someone is trying it for the first time, they can lose business for all the other franchise locations. With the cost of food being so high now, I can't afford to hope a place will be better next time. Listen to your customers and step it up. You won't always be able to live on the name alone.

The Crispy Chili Shrimp Is Very Good & Has A Nice Kick To It. The Honey Sesame Chicken Breast Is Pretty Flavorful Too. Mix It All Together With The Rice & You Have A Delicious Meal.

I placed an online order and they made me wait 30 minutes after estimated pickup time! They Prioritized the drive thru orders when my food was placed ahead never coming back here what a waste of my time.
