I am a member of Paneras sip club and everytime I order a Iced Coffee I customize it for light half and half. Everytime my coffee is white! At this point I'm convinced they do it on purpose. I went 12/12/25 10:09 am in Victorville.

Let me first compliment Jazmine on what great customer service is. She was nice and ready to help the customers. There was an issue with the bagel slicer, and she took care of the problem. Thank you, Jazmine. It is also appreciated that this location makes enough bagels on Tuesdays when they have their bagel special. Other locations in the high desert are sold out in the morning. They are loosing sales. I arrived at about 4 pm and still good selection of bagels. Thank you. Food is always good here. Broccoli Cheddar soup is moms favorite.
