I don't go to Panera very often, but I was craving some broccoli cheese soup & I had a gift card, so why not? I asked for the broccoli cheese soup. The person taking my order couldn't get my gift card to work, so it needed to be entered manually. There were other customers behind me, so I told the person to help them & I would enter my card number in the system. We completed my order, but unfortunately, my Togo order wasn't repeated back to me. I got home to chicken noodles soup. I was so disappointed. I called the store & spoke with the manager. She took my name, but I haven't had a chance to go back in hopes that they will give me the soup I expected. I didn't even eat the chicken noodle soup until days later because I was so disappointed.

My best friend and I started frequenting the local Panera Bread in Victorville. As I was the one who used to frequent them up in Puget Sound, WA. The cashier / representative would not allow my friend to order a half ham sandwich. This restaurant will not work with their customers to order sandwiches the way they want it. My friend stormed out of the Panera Bread in Victorville and vowing never to return. I have never seen him mad like this. This restaurant chain will never be used by me or my friends or family ever again or in the future. From now on, a Franchise starting with the letter "S" will be frequented by us in the future. At least they will work with you how you like your sandwich to be made to your "Order" and not the attitude of Panera Bread, take it or leave it, as a paying customer! Will not recommend to anyone I know, or friends or family.

There's an older female worker who is very nice,professional, and conscientious. She is constantly cleaning tables asking if anyone needs anything.
The food was great. I did not care for the fact that my name was taken so that the cook can yell my name when my food is ready for pick up. I was given the vibrating buzzer yet my name was called out. Also, please provide trays if I have to go up to a counter to pick up my food. It is very very inconvenient to carry food, in multiple trips, to my table.

I went here October 30th ordered the Mediterranean bowl it was the most disgusting item I've ever had from here I took 2 bites and threw the entire dish in the trash after spending almost 14.00 on a meal that was unpleasant the rice was not even hot the chicken was not hot either and my order had maybe 4 very small pieces of chicken in it an employee saw me throw my food away and when I told her I didn't like it at all that it was not good at all her response to me was I'm sorry so I then came home wrote corporate office about my experience only to get not much of a response just a case number but nothing after that so I think I'm going to cancel my sips account after this month and never patronize panera again since nothing has been done after contacting them via email

All these years and I never been in here to eat! Had the bagels at work but never a meal. Boy I regret it! had it today for the first time, a chicken, Chipotle and ? on probably the softess bread that melted in my mouth along with some type of chile soup very tasty as well. Washed it down with a Mango freshing water. I have found a new spot for a health meal.??
