Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered two XL Philly Steak pizzas and were extremely disappointed to receive something more like plain bread than the pizza we paid full price for. The lack of ingredients was obvious and honestly ruined the experience for the night.

We called them, and while they agreed to take the pizzas back and replace them, this is something that should have been done right the first time. Customers shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of calling back, driving back and waiting again just to get what they originally ordered.

Quality and consistency matter, and I hope the restaurant and corporations takes this feedback seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Order regular off the menu pizzas, no coupons, Philadelphia steak pizzas, got cheese & onions only, are you kidding me, & the manager had attitude, & did not solve the issue & offer discount on next pizza.
Taking my business to the competition.
Disgusting pizza & service, corporate really needs to invest in this location for quality & service.

Terrible communication

We were very excited to go to Papa John's but once we got there you couldn't even smell pizza cooking crust had no flavor toppings were very scattered and small price was okay I guess you get what you pay for we will not be going back this pizza had no flavor absolutely horrible

Ended up having to go pick it up myself cuz they said they couldn't get a doordasher when I got there I've been sitting there for 45 minutes it was cold and they didn't give me a refund on the delivery fees

Workers are nice, sometimes there is a wait but not due to the workers. Pizzas are just sitting on the shelf so they sometimes get cold quick.

I got a pizza here again after some time had passed since my last bad experience, I am officially done, they put no effort into the pizza, taste bad made sloppy. I am from the Midwest, Missouri and Papa Johns use to be my favorite, it might just be this one but the food sucks here, staff is friendly somewhat.

First the pizza maker is yearning over the pizza spot comes out of your mouth then he's stretching dough with his wedding ring on that he wears everyday collecting dirt.

Just placed an order with wings and they gave them to me with no sauce. Looked like nuggets. I know people make mistakes but to be a smart ass when I ask for my sauce is the reason I won’t be ordering from here again. Pic has the sauce

Just want to say how amazing this place is. I live over 1hr away (north bound towards Vegas) and when I’m craving pizza this is my favorite place to go.Papa John’s just does it right! Customer service has always been great! And I look forward to getting a pizza next time I’m in town.Thank for all your team does.

It's my first time ordering food at this place and the last time the wings look like they were made from a super spicy broth, the cheese on the pizza has already ruined the worst 38 dollars invested

The worst Papa John's! I'm never going back. The pizza sucked. And when I asked for Parmesan cheese, he gave me 3 packets! That's enough for 2 slices.
Most of it went into the trash.
