I'm literally 5.7 miles from the restaurant and was told I'm out of delivery range. So I'm assuming I need to be within walking distance to order delivery. Guess truck drivers aren't worth servicing. Let's not mention everyone's entire life is provided to them by truck drivers. I'm disgusted with California for allowing such discrimination and im disgusted with PaPA John's for allowing such discrimination as well. Funny how truckers aren't worth servicing but without us the entire country starves and goes without. Maybe we should go on strike and treat the population the same as they treat us. Let a few go without eating for a while and maybe then they'll a little more respectful and grateful for the truck driver.

In all honesty I’m having a delightful night enjoying my dinner. My delivery driver Eric Mason was was patient, reassuring, more than polite. His charismatic personality made my experience with papa johns this much more better. Last but Most Definitely not least the way he carries himself as well as his knowledge about his job makes him An incredibly fantastic delivery driver and a great customer service representative. I didn’t just leave with pizza he left me with a smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart. I give him 10/10 stars as my satisfactory rating.?

I ordered in the app. App said pizza was ready. When I got there the counter person told me 2 more minutes but didn't check. After a few minutes I asked someone else and was told 2 more minutes. After a few minutes I asked her to check and was told oops they didn't make it. If I didn't have kids waiting for pizza I would have asked for my money back. The worse part is I tipped when I paid in the app. So I tipped for lousy service

Wasn't acknowledged when we first got there. Another person came in behind us and picked his order up while we were standing there waiting for someone to take our order. After that things were okay.
The staff was very friendly, I was greeted within seconds. I had a large order and Chris was nice enough to go over everything with me. Not only was Chris very professional he also took the initiative to place my order in the car. The level of customer service here was very pleasant, great job

We have ordered from Papa John's several times. We have had a "good" pizza only one of those times and that was during the week. The last pizza we ordered (on a Sunday) was absolutely awful! They got the wrong crust on the wrong pizza, it tasted like cardboard, the cheese wasn't melted, and was a waste of money! Unfortunately the times we have tried Papa John's, the pizzas have been bad more than good. My advice is that if you are going to try Papa John's pizza, order during the week and hope for the best. Otherwise I would go elsewhere.

I tried getting my points and nothing as you can see on the picture seems like they took my points I called and all I got was (I'm sorry we are not trained on the rewards) how is that a customers fault?
