worst pho experience i have ever had. i have always loved getting my pho from where, but i ordered a take out tonight and the meat was soaking blood, a bag just full of more blood than meat. I then proceeded to boil my soup as that is the procedure, and the meat just never seemed to cook, til all of it just became mush. even when the soup completley evaporated, the meat never ever got anywhere but pink. I am so so so upset as I waited to eat all day, and i had to throw away my food as it eventually became porridge of sticky pho, and bloody meat. extremely dissapointed and I will not be ordering from here again.

The food here is amazing as always this is the only place I go for pho I’ve been coming here for a few years now, but I have to say the new guy Carlos they have is disappointing I usually go in and enjoy my food but today I placed a pickup order. My change was supposed to be 8.07 and he knew it he seen the screen just like I did then walked around the counter with the receipt in hand and only gave me 4$ back I was going to take the change from him and give him a 10$ bill but since he was dishonest I let him keep the 4 and went on abt my day but it just really irked me that someone can really work in this type of industry and not be honest. Make sure you’re counting your money when you get it back before you leave.

I just ordered 100$ worth of food and they made the wrong order and want to charge me a 1$ for anymore than 1 sweet and sour sauce. First and last time trying pho.

My wife and I went there for dinner and we both ordered our food. Several other groups of people came in and sat down. The appetizer came out in a timely manner. My wife’s soup came out approximately 20 minutes later. We then sat there for the next 40 minutes and waited for my order. It never came. However, everyone else who came to the restaurant after us received their food. The waitress finally asked us if everything was OK. I told her everything was OK except for the fact that I never received my food. Since we were there an hour already and my food wasn’t even started in the kitchen we decided to just pay and leave. A different waiter came to our table to have us pay and told us what the bill was. He did not offer any discount or even a free soda because they forgot to bring my food. I paid the bill and still left a tip for the waiter. i told the waiter that maybe next time that they forget to bring a customers food, that they knock off the charge for at least one of the sodas. The male waiter abruptly answered me with an attitude, and stated that he can’t do this, and that only the manager can. I then advised him that this was not the point of my comment and that the manager should have already taken care of this.

I WHENT yesterday spent like 60 bucks everything all good but they just need to no ho food is what they all look the same I got the soup to go my wife ate my food lol .✌️

This place has great boba, but the service is horrible. They have messed up our order 3 times now, and we recently did dine in, and they served people who walked in 10 minutes after us and gave them menu's and water. We didn't even get any menu's. Horrible horrible service. I don't recommend if you want to sit there wondering when they are gonna take your order.

the peanut sauce for the spring rolls is really watered down now idk what happened it was way better just a couple months ago the flood is well prepared another thing is that the stif fry beef had more noodles than beef for the price I'd expect more other than that food is outstanding

First Time Here ,I Lived in the High Desert for So many years ,because I had such a bad experience at other Restaurants I never bothered to try this place , I Highly Recommend it!! It's beyond Good!! If you are traveling or A Local Hesitating to come here ,Please Do! Service was exelent! Will make this my Favorite place ? Altamente recomendado ,si tienes antojo de Sopa Vietnamesa, Todo estuvo delicioso y el servicio excelente!!?
