This is the only place I’ve had pho but I really liked it. Very delicious.

Unbelievably rude host, zero customer service skill, all that for mediocre food and surprised they charged for chili oil, what kind of a pho place charge for a single small package of chili oil? Not even one for free? They way she talk to me and my wife is unbelievably rude and we're being nice, spent almost 50 bucks on food, I will never ever come back because you do not deserve my business ever again, stay away from this place people,I warn you, this is one of the worst experience I've ever had in my entire dining history of my life.0 out of 5, not recommended ever.

“We don’t have that here at this location”… items aren’t available like basic veggies to add to your pho, the mint leaves, tofu, etc. Just because it’s located in the mall doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have a full menu. The mall needs a better PHO spot.

I found a long strand of hair on my bag, thankfully it was on the outside but I would suggest the staff wear bun or hairnet whenever possible.Overall pretty tasty. A bit oily.

Parking: Tight spaces.

They were the only place in the mall that had unsweetened iced tea! So thankful for them because having bariatric surgery I am unable to drink carbonated and super sugary drinks. These guys were awesome and very friendly!

Placed online order, GrubHub charged my cc, then cancelled my when entire order without warning, without contacting me, for not having all items available, yet, my card still got charged, temporary hold or whatever, this takes time to be released, and if all ingredients were not available, they should not have been advertised as if they were available, update your menu and don't charge if you an on cancelling after giving a eta, time, and stating "order is being prepared". Do better.

Ordered a coffee smoothie with Boba and let me tell you it's hard to find places that just get how coffee is supposed to taste and this coffee was amazing! The favor was bold but not too strong also the boba was a perfect texture. My daughter's loved the cute little cups with the panda ears ?

Super yummy, best pho I've had since I've moved from the bay. I got a mango milk tea that was delightful and a pho rare beef and brisket. I did order some egg rolls but I didn't notice them as missing until I got home. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star. I will be coming back. <3

Saddest spring rolls Ive ever gotten :(There were little to no noodles , the rice paper was all ripped up & not properly rolled. The pork was way too salty & the lettuce tasted so dirty. I was extremely disappointed

Love their pho. My go to is #13. Stir fry chicken and veggies. Taro boba and Thai tea is always good. They have great service and are always polite and quick with their service.
