I get it was superbowl but they were an hour late getting my pizza done, used doordash as delivery which canceled my dash pick up so we had to go get it ourselves when we already paid for delivery, and when I called they were very disorganized and a few times didn't even answer. Food was good though. They did give us free cheese bread for the trouble. So I will give them that.

pizza hut has fired all the delivery drivers and will only be using door dash for all deliveries, they did this to save money because they dont want to pay drivers 20$ an hour starting in april 2024, but here's the catch.. people dont want door dash delivering their pizza we want an actual pizza worker employee to deliver the pizza to the door and not some random person who never even had to pass an interview stage for employment such as people who work for door dash. so just wait and watch as pizza hut loses much more money than they would have ever expected from choosing the cheap route and using only door dash. the money lost will occur when people just stop ordering delivery because of the simple fact that i mentioned. people dont want doordash deliveries they want a pizza worker to bring the food. and by the way if the health inspectors actually looked at the inside of your dishwasher the health inspection grade would be an F not a A and people would DEMAND their money back and more, because u guys are disgusting for serving food served on pans that come out of that horribly filthy dish washer, covered in slime, muck and an amazing amount of food particles.

I ordered a delivery mushroom and jalapeño pizza two pastas and breadsticks and brownies. The order was delivered in a timely manner. The food however was not cooked at all really. I called asked for a manager and got out on hold. So long in fact I got in my car with the food and went to Pizza Hut while on hold. Asked for a manager still on hold. She “Vivian S. “ manager said she didn’t have the authority to give me a refund. And only offered store credit or to make it again. She was very rude and didn’t care about anything work related. How she became manager is beyond me. Unless all the management is trash. How do let raw food go out? She wasn’t even busy. 5 people standing around and she is stretching dough because it’s important to get good food out! What a joke do t ever go there.

There is no physical menu so if you go make sure you have a QR code scanning app otherwise I liked it in fact I think they have a drive thru but I'm not sure about that... The place looked clean and nice ?

I haven't had pizza from Pizza Hut in a very long time, but I decided to stop and take one home and try it. I ordered a medium, extra cheese, pepperoni and olive. And it was very, very good. There weren't any people in the restaurant; it seems that with all the delivery options available to us now, few people go out to eat. A Door Dasher came in while I was waiting for my order. I'll definitely order from PH again. The people in the restaurant were very pleasant.
