Everytime I go the food is always good. Everytime the service is amazing the staff are always friendly. Miss the old anime style the place used to have but the newer look is nice as well. Definitely recommend eating here.

Bought a medium poke bowl and had rude service the guy didn’t greet me, I asked for more seaweed because he put very little meanwhile the other person had more without asking and told me it would be a charge he even tossed over a massive amount of fish eggs and I told him it was too much and he scooped some of my toppings out and still didn’t care there was a lot of the eggs and then he charges me for the eel sauce and seaweed and and eggs and the food was very warm and not to forget he gave me white rice not sushi

It looks like they're understaffed and the place is very hot inside. The staff was very friendly which is why im giving it 3 stars, it loses points for the amount of time it took to get to my order even though I was the only person inside (they were fulfilling online orders first), and by the fact that the AC is functional yet locked by the manager to too many degrees Fahrenheit, it was somehow hotter in there than outside with 90 degree weather. Almost walked out, but managed to slip away with food, which was fulfilling and fresh. I will visit again thanks to my love of poke but will always remember this place as the unwanted sauna experience.

Amazing service and even better food! Always greeted with a smile and leave full and satisfied! Much cheaper than sushi Nd satisfied the same craving. The fish is noticeably fresh and the variety is amazing!

I got a small poke bowl and felt immediately sick after eating not even half the bowl. I believe it was the salmon but I personally wouldn’t come back again. Customer service was excellent, it was the food that left a bad taste

I went to Poke Haven last week and it was so good! The ingredients were super fresh, the portions were generous, and everything was full of flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vibe of the place was really chill—perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. I got the biggest bowl there is, it was enough to share with my sister and We were very full. Definitely one of the best poke bowls I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to go back!

This is the third time we’ve been here and it’s become increasingly worse every time we go and today will be our last time. First, it’s way overpriced for the quality and compared to comparable establishments. NOTHING was fresh from the fish to the toppings. My mixed greens were dark green and slimy in parts and the sushi rice dry and undercooked. The Spam Musubi looked spoiled so I threw it out without tasting it. It was almost $100 for 3 people and none of us even wanted to finish our food and we all felt sick after. Never again.

I ordered through door dash and I really like the freshness of the fish and portions of that and the sides and stuff, but the rice is horrible. You can taste that it's old and it's hard and it's literally the cheapest ingredient, but there is hardly any rice in the bowl. I gave 2 stars because the rice is the main thing that makes the bowl too.

I don’t understand why this place only has four stars. It’s incredible! My husband and I lived in Hawaii for three years and this is the closest and freshest to that I’ve ever seen on mainland. The portion size is amazing and price is well worth what you’re getting. Fish is fresh and the pickled cucumbers are perfect! I highly recommend swinging by and grabbing a bowl. I got a make your own 3 choice bowl with sushi rice, Hawaiian ahi tuna, 2x spicy tuna, crab salad, 2x pickled cucumbers, avocado, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and wonton chips. Everything was perfect! For reference: cost came to 20 and some change. Bowl is big! Definitely big enough to share between two people.

I have come two times so far. First time, I made a custom bowl and the second time was the Energizer Salmon on spring mix. Both times Alicia has been my server and made my bowls so delicious! I found a new favorite place to eat. I will definitely will be returning.

Starting off the new year right with a delicious poke bowl, a green tea and a strawberry ice cream macaroon. And I finally got an order of the poke tacos! A must have! Perfect balance of crunch and flavor.
