I love the atmosphere here! Real chill place. It's a great little place to drink, chill meditate if you want to, they even have games!!!!! 10/10 hands down. Not to mention the drinks are spectacular!!!! Shout out to Murphy and Suzy for the help and choosing some good drinks!

I really appreciate the consistency at R&B tea. My drinks are always delicious, always as expected. Customer service has been consistently pleasant over the year that I've been coming now. The menu at this location is one of the most extensive that I've seen of the franchise, which is fun! Options are so nice to have, even though I usually stick to one or two favorites. Legitimately glad this place opened up. Finding a real boba/tea spot is rare up here. Their menu selections are on point. Wished they opened later in the evenings during the weekend. Their Friday hrs needs to be updated as Yelp shows this place open til 8:00pm. We narrowly missed and was told they're open until 6:00pm on Fridays.

Visiting family over the holidays and stumbled upon this boba place. Can confirm the reviews are a true reflection of this place! The ambience of the shop as well as the friendly associates were all just a plus of the yummy drinks!

The interior is decorated really nice! That's about all I liked about this place though. The employee that checked us out kept interrupting and it was hard to hear him over the music playing and he was super soft spoken so it was a lot of "huh?". I'm never one to complain about music but when it's loud AF and every other word is a the N word, F word, even the C word in the song and it's BLASTING with kids inside.. it was a bit much... I felt bad for the people that had to wait for their drink with their kids on Christmas Eve having to hear that. At least play the edited songs. The drinks were a solid 4/10. Boba was very bland and kind of hard and the tea was also super bland.

When they first opened up I was so excited. A new boba shop in VV. The vibe inside is pretty cool. A really nice spot for photo shoots lol. I like everything about this place except for one thing. The ICE!!! They use crushed ice and I don't like it. Hear me out...when I drink a boba I like to separate the boba and crushed ice. I don't want to be chewing on ice when I want the boba experience. Unfortunately, I stopped going when It's a boba time just across the street opened up. Again, this place is great and would love to go back. If you are reading this, please consider changing the ice. All other customers.....go try out this place. It's great!! I'm just a boba fanatic. lol
Pictures throughout the menu or on a continuous slide would've been helpful. I am a bit of a rookie when it comes to boba and I thought I was ordering something different so I did not enjoy the Taro drink at all lol. Maybe next time I'll ask more questions or pull out my phone to browse through pictures. Overall it's a cute place. Drinks aren't sweet at all so if that's your thing come here

This place was better then I expected. Friendly staff with smiles. The product was delicious and fresh. You walk in and it was pleasing to the eye and had that hanging at your friends house feel. We were driving from Vegas to Diego and was the perfect stop

First time here and I love it here the staff are so nice and friendly. The decor are very nice and give that good vibe . Clean and updated I love that . The drinks are very refreshing and so much options to choose from . I was having a hard time deciding what to get . The best part that they have games and a hang out spot for you to like do some studying and hang out with a friend. Grab some drinks and chill. I totally recommend this place to anyone that love some good boba . Update after going a few more time I had to give it a 3 star because the service was getting bad . Not welcoming like I felt rush to order and when I placed an order the girl that was helping us kind of give attitude to us . They need to hire better employees because the owner will lose more customers because of the lack of customer service.
