My experience was good other than the food pricing verses quantity and quality ordered a $50 dollar meal the “Mariner Broil “ came with two tiny dried lobster tails a baby crab legs with nothing in it 12 dried up pinky tip size shrimp Maybe 1 or possibly 2 tiny potatoes 2 corn on the Cobb the with of three fingers together was asked if I would like sausage for an extra $6 dollars said yes since the meal was already $50 dollars to get literally 6 nickel size slices of sausage not even a whole sausage horrible food experience if your honest with yourself their prices verses quality based on menu pictures no where compare it was our anniversary we walked out of there paying over $200 very disappointing

Red Lobster is one of our Favorite Go to spots. But this time they turned it up a notch. They now offer boiled shrimp n crab and it was delicious and I appreciated the gloves they offered.
Service is amazing. Food is fresh and yummy. And the ambiance is cozy and nice.

A must try and one that doesn't disappoint.

Updated: You hear “Red Lobster” and you think “Amazing Seafood”! Our latest visit here, this was not the case.

The hostess was great! The waitress was awesome! Our waitress was so patient with the kids and very helpful with the menu. She was also able to help with my drink when we thought there was something in it. They brought a new glass and had the manager make the drink. It was a significant difference in taste between them… the managers drink was much better.

The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what I would expect from Red Lobster. Usually I can’t get enough of their rolls but these were dry. The lobster dip was better than my meal which was disappointing.

We’d absolutely come back here again, hopefully it was just an off day for them.

Original: Always enjoy going here and have never had a negative experience. One of the few restaurants with servers smart enough to not put a hot plate in reaching distance of my toddler. Oh and the food is great!

We had a great meal with great service during our dinner at the reaturant. I ordered 2lbs of crab to go with our waitress. When I got the order, it seemed like it wasn't enough. I weighed it in my scale at home and it weight 11.8 oz. I calked to speak to rhe manager abd told him if the situation. He became ver abrupt with me in saying how the waitress made a mistake in the lbs for the price. I reiterated the fact tgat I was told it would be $17.99 a lb. He became louder with me over the phone insted of trying defuse the situation. He finally told me he would makee it right by giving me what I was told. He was unprofessional abd looked very frumpy when I arrived. He had long hair in a ponytail with a scruffy beard. Not cleaned up at all. He (pablo) needs to get it together as a leader of Red Robin.

10/2725 My husband and I came back to get a dinner for two today abd tge service was much better than the last time. I spoke to the manager and he was also very nice and professional.
