Our server Nathaniel was fantastic. He was very polite and had an upbeat personality. I appreciate great customer service. The restaurant was quiet at the time I went and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. All the staff were friendly.

Rebecca was amazing. She was incredibly attentive and always made sure our drinks were full. Her table touch timing was great and she came around enough for us to be able to ask what we needed but not overly overwhelming the table.
She promoted drinks, appetizers, and was absolutely pleasant. As a table of 4 with different requirements, and separate checks she went above and beyond. Will always recommend this red lobster. The new general manager, Amber, has made such...

Lobster fest is the best. Can be very busy on the weekends, recommend calling about an hour before to check in. I have my favorites, the lobster bisque is ok, and the market price for live main lobster is affordable.
