The Republic is my go-to spot for breakfast and brunch! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and their mimosas are amazing. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. Whether it’s a casual morning out or brunch with friends, The Republic never disappoints!

Yeah…don’t even bother. Been 3 times. Sat at the bar all 3 times and left after 5 minutes all 3 times without having a bartender ever say one word to me.

Wonderful place to have a drink and relax. Ron and his wife Melissa are amazing and humble people who really strive to provide excellent service. **Please note that I am darker than pale and was treated above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this friendly, amazing, place.

If your skin isn’t darker than pale, expect to have horrible service.

Great food decent prices the seating fills up fast but still a great place to eat

Went for breakfast. Ordered chilaquiles. Menu says smoky red salsa but they were covered in a tangy green salsa. Ruined the flavor. The server didn’t mention that when I ordered. Also didn’t say refried beans on the menu, but they were swimming in a bowl of beans. It was pretty much a bean and green salsa soup with 7 chips on top. She did take it off the bill. But still disappointing.

Ok first time I've ever been here and this place blew my mind away. We'll worth the wait and food with the drinks and service 5 stars across I wish I could give it more as it deserves.... freaking awesome definitely will be back this place is a must try if ya never had it...try the Nashville chicken sandwich and the wings oh ya

It's too bad the food and service have never risen above the dive bar it once was. Took us 45 minutes to get our food once ordered. But, I'm in the minority. This place gets slammed. Not sure how.
