Stopped into Richie's for lunch while passing through the area. Food was fresh and delicious, service was great and the atmosphere was fun. Totally recommend this spot!

Ordered the double cheeseburger and fries, and upgraded my drink to a banana milkshake. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the shake had real banana rather than just banana syrup. Overall very good experience.

My family and I have been coming here for years. It has a fun atmosphere and really good American food. We really like their hamburgers and anything that comes off of the smoker. They also make all of their soups in house and are really good. For dessert definitely go with the banana split or a hot fudge sunday. They are the best!

Kid-friendliness: Fun restaurant for the kids. They have a kids eat free night and they also something have special events for the kids, like a balloon artist ect. My kids love the burgers and the chicken nuggets. They also get a scoop of icecream at the end of their meal.

Very bad management , employee drop water on the floor ,the rest of the employees were just criticising her other then help her in front of the manager.that looks bad for the place ,noon service is better then morning.

I came in to eat here at 8:35 Pm when they close at 9, which is *totally allowed* (but really everyone knows that's like low level douchebag behavior). Everyone was sweet and very accommodating, even had one of the gals reassure me that I didn't have to eat so quickly and remind me they don't end up leaving for an hour+ after closing. I found that to be very nice of her. But really I just eat all my food in a hunger fueled panic. But I thought it was nice of her, because when I was a waitress I'd just give custumers the stink eye who dined close to closing.

I will say that charging $6 to add mushrooms and onions to your steak is what ultimately leads me to giving them 4 stars.

Such a fun experience, very good for tourists who want an old fashioned diner experience. Service was excellent and friendly. The meals were surprisingly large (from an international visitor's perspective).

First time here, the soup was not fresh and the test was not as we expected for a soup. Potato was not hot enough, even the butter didn’t melt on it, the meat was good but not perfect, overall experience was not perfect to visit again
