I’m walked into Sakura Boba & was greeted with warm greetings by Gaby. Whoever hired her did a good thing, as she was very friendly & lit up the room, made me feel welcome & attended to. By the time I blinked she already had my drink ready too. Great service!! Thank you Gaby!!

I stood in line for a good 10 minutes without the employee acknowledging I was there. I totally understand she was making a previous customers order but multitasking is key when busy. My usual Iced Taro Milk Tea with boba wasn’t the best quality. Perhaps I’ll give them another try in the future.

I have waited to post a review. I think after a year of frequenting Sakura Boba it’s time to post my experience. When it comes to customer service the staff is great. Always friendly and welcoming. Establishment is always clean. There are a few tables for dining, maybe a first date. Their prepping area is clean and tidy. The drinks are reasonably priced. The drinks are great my current favorite is mocha frappe with boba. It’s excellent. Not too sweet. Another fave is lemonade with leechy jelly. Nice refresher during the hot months. Great place great experience. Remember be kind to staff and don’t forget to tip.Parking: It’s within a shopping center, they share parking. For the most part there is always parking spaces. Free of charge and easy to access.Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly. The establishment resembles an ice cream parlor layout.

Smells like straight Fabuloso chemicals right when you walk in. Boba is not the best consistency. The taste is meh, didn't even finish my drink. I will not be returning.

This is such a cute little boba Cafe! The staff was amazing, so hard working and incredibly nice. We came in just before closing and the girl working handled the small crowd that had come in, like an absolute champ. Our drinks came out super delicious and were so worth the short wait. 10/10 boba drinks and service, we can't wait to come back ❤️

Came about 15 mins til closing and was turned away by the girl working inside she said they were closed even there we still had 15 mins. Bright side is I found a new spot called Pixy Boba such a great spot drinks a delicious it’s family owned and ran the decor is beautiful and you can even play board games while you wait. I will never go back to to this place.
The place smelled so strongly of perfume that I had to step outside and let my wife collect the order. The drinks were fine though. We had to take them to go for sure...
