Got the Tempura upon, shishito peppers, and Hamachi kama dinner. Everything was great. My wife was surprised that her upon had a little spice to it but the Hamachi kama dinner might be the best I've ever had đ„ The hamachi kama sauce and sushi rice with the kama was the perfect pairing.

Donât let the outside fool youâthis place is a true road-trip gem. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly high quality, with superb chefs behind the counter. Service is excellent, and the walls filled with local photos give it a welcoming, hometown vibe. If youâre passing through Victorville and want tasty, well-made sushi, definitely stop here. A real gem. And it beats all the fast food junk lining the roads.

We ordered takeout by phone, ordered the Sakura Combo (for 1 person), and received one set of crab sushi, one set of nigiri, a small soup, and a salad. We paid almost $50 for this! The website has a different price, which is just awful (the price on the website $18). The sushi isn't worth the price! The website has different prices, and there's no clear description of the sets. It's just disgusting!!!

My grandma loves this place and she is very picky. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. Perfect for family, a friend's gathering, or a date. Service is excellent, they warmly welcome us in busy times and slow days. The servers check to make sure we are satisfied and if we need anything periodically but they do not pester. There is a tasty shisito pepper appetizer on the house and the food comes quickly. Every dish I have had is fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. This family business puts in the extra effort. You can really tell their heart goes into their work and taste the love in the meals they serve.
