we arrived on a Saturday nite without a reservation a lovely women greeted us and explained that it's best to have a reservation since the had a party of 30 coming in. we told her we understood but she quickly accommodated us. so glad she did. food was exceptional service was perfect everyone was so attentive . attmosphere beautiful. Will we go back? ABSOLUTELY!!! a must try!

It was such a beautiful restaurant! Would definitely recommend for a date night or any social meeting! Me and my husband went for my birthday! It was perfect! The fanciest restaurant in the high desert!

La comida estuvo deliciosa. Gran sabor y servicio excelente! Se lo recomiendo 💯. Exceptional customer service!! Food was excellent n delicious!! Today was our first time here and I was blown away. The place is beautiful 🤩 the chairs, the floor, everything. From start to finish Sandra and Omar provided us with exceptional customer service making sure we were well taken care off. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed I guarantee it. I'll definitely be back.

OMG! Omar and staff are awesome! I love all their food breakfast lunch or dinner! You must stop bu if you're in the high desert! Victor Valley is the place!

Very delicious food and great service. Came here for my mom and sisters birthday and they definitely gave us the experience we wanted. My favorite was the chilaquiles and French toast. Yvette was our waitress and she was fantastic!!

Tonight was our first time I here. We were very under dressed for this beautiful restaurant, but that did not change how we were treated. The music was great, the service was excellent, the food came faster than we expected and was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!!! Thank you all for your wonderful service and amazing food.

Really good food! It exceeded our expectations. We had a waiter with long black hair but she was so nice and accommodating. She was also attentive and got our drinks. The manager also made sure we always had water. We were iffy since it looked very fancy but it was amazing. From the food to the environment and the customer service, 5 star all around. We will be coming more often.

I went for brunch with my 3 friends. We each ordered a different meal. I ordered the huevos ranchers, my friends ordered green and red chilaquiles and the salmon with white creme sauce. Every single dish was delicious. It was so good I decided to try a dessert. I chose the cinnamon toast 3 leches cake. It's genius, it's the perfect blend of Mexican American. It took me back to eating cereal and watching Saturday morning cartoons and Mexican celebrations with 3 leches cake. I am so impressed with the flavors. The decor is absolutely beautiful and Instagram worthy. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am without a doubt coming back. I highly recommend Sancova for higher end Mexican dining.
