Pizza was ok but they have bottles of Gatorade in the fridge that has been expired sine Feb 22 2025 I told the kid at the front desk said that he can give me water instead an puts the Gatorade back into the fridge to sell at a latter time to someone that doesn't look at dates

Yes sbarros is still at victor valley mall.
They use to be the go to spot for pizza anytime. Now...forget it. I was major disappointed.
*Soda was warm...did not offer ice. *pizza crust was stale. Not fresh made anymore. *pizzas sit out along time.....
*service....crappy. They dont ask are you eating here or is it take out. The slap your barely heated pizza in a box....put it in a bag and take alot of money for half ass quality pizza, then send you on your way.

I've been coming here for awhile, lately and today, the customer service sucks, and the food is groase. The pizza is cold and not fresh, the workers, act like they don't like there job, So if so, then quit, don't take it out on the custoners. And the food needs a upgrade. My fiance was at sbarro in the morning with her disabled clients, and the manager decided to cuss out autistic customers and my fiance and throw money at there face. Horrible customer service all because he didn't know how to do a refund.

This place is beyond help. To start simple order of to slices and a drink . Asked for some parmesan cheese kid gives me an attitude when he says we're out. I pay and ask for my receipt kid that made the order jumps in with a worse attitude basically trying to pick a fight . Telling me I don't have to be aggressive with his brother. By asking for my receipt really . Don't bother asking for manager hes family also. Not a single one there bothers washing there hands between handling money and food . No customer service skills or care for there jog .

Was told by workers that they don't replace the pizza and sometimes are serving food that sits for 5 hrs and are lying to health department about it per being told by management .Not eating here anymore. No wonder they have A B letter grade
