My fiance was at sbarro in the morning with her disabled clients, and the manager decided to cuss out autistic customers and my fiance and throw money at there face. Horrible customer service all because he didn't know how to do a refund.

This place is beyond help. To start simple order of to slices and a drink . Asked for some parmesan cheese kid gives me an attitude when he says we're out. I pay and ask for my receipt kid that made the order jumps in with a worse attitude basically trying to pick a fight . Telling me I don't have to be aggressive with his brother. By asking for my receipt really . Don't bother asking for manager hes family also. Not a single one there bothers washing there hands between handling money and food . No customer service skills or care for there jog .

Wanted to order pizza but the guys are not waring gloves or hair net while se bing food and touching money. Saw the guy use his bare hands while taking pizza out oven and rotating it on the plate nasty nasty nasty

Was told by workers that they don't replace the pizza and sometimes are serving food that sits for 5 hrs and are lying to health department about it per being told by management .Not eating here anymore. No wonder they have A B letter grade

The owners here are rude and racist! They don’t appreciate the workers and I heard they were stealing tips from them. Which is why they don’t offer to tip their employees anymore. They illegally do things and don’t comply to health department orders. They make their workers lie to customers about the food. The pizza is only good for a few hours but sell you old pizza. They have people working their without food handlers certificates. The employees touch their phone and money then touch your food. Boycott this place it is a horrible franchise. Need to be closed. Also they have roaches and rats
Very good pizza and pasta ? baked ziti wad excellent ? staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back again soon!

We purchased a box of pizza. Half pepperoni half hawaiian. The pizza was burned and hard. Pls refer to the picture. I called them, the owner saman If I am correct with the name, told me to return the pizza when we are far from the mall and we have little kids to attend to.I asked for a refund and i will send to him the pictures and didn't agree to it and just hanged up the phone.We went to do other errands and this owner didnt understand where we are coming from being tired from errands and travelling and want us to comeback and they will replace the pizza. Come on common sense. We are going to waste our gas to return the pizza and we already wasted our money buying your pizza. I will not buy on this sbarro branch again.

The sauce on the pizza is horrible! So watered down and had ZERO flavor. Service was fast though and they were generous with the toppings at least. No Flavor on this pizza though.
