My family and I came for lunch, they offered us the all you can eat menu. I was gonna do the order thing, which I wish I did. The all you can eat comes with fried chicken, pizza, salad, potato fritters and dessert pizza and everyone is getting the chicken and not enough for the rest of us. We had to wait and keep on checking if they replenish it, many times I was disappointed. I got lucky after few checks. The chicken were good and fresh. This place can be a fun place to be at. TVs are everywhere, beer for sure are good here. The ladies are nice here, accommodating and always smiling. If they have enough fried chicken to go around, probably worth the AYCE price.

I wanted to congratulate Shake’s !! For having such a hard working Manager! Her name is Trinidad Perez ???????? This manager was hustling since we got to the restaurant , I Loved how I also observed her delegating to her workers with such respect!! Wow She is a leader! First time here . Definitely we will come back again soon ? She smiled all the time. Great job Trinidad Perez??

First time here , we moved from San Fernando valley. I was so happy that we came here!!! Food was great environment was also wonderful!! The staff amazing too! Especially The Manager Trinidad Perez she was so dedicated to making sure the customers had their orders ready!! Also she was cleaning tables and hustling with a smile Wow I was so impressed by her work ethic and her energy! I congratulated her because she well deserved it!! I remember Shakeys from 45 years ago. The flavor has been diluted since that time.
The ladies that work here are super nice and friendly. They’re always willing to make space and accommodate our large group. If you’re coming for the buffet don’t come towards the end because they don’t put out very many pizzas which I thought was a bit disappointing. But it’s Shakeys so you get what you get. The play area is also small but the kids don’t seem to mind.

Took almost 1 hrs just for 1 pizza. Place was not even packed. I would understand if it was but damn this place was empty.Update: came back today(2-9-24) and my order was still not ready. I had placed it ahead of time like around 11am and had it to be ready at 1pm. When i got there, food was not ready. Lady made excuse that they didnt recieve the order even after i showed her the email confirmation. My fault for going back thinking this time it would have been different.

The staff was very friendly and polite. It had a clean atmosphere they keep things wiped down. I wasn't to pleased with the lunch buffett. The pizza slices are very thin and not much to choose from, unless you request a certain kind which is nice of them to do. They did have a sweet treat pizza with marshmallows and chocolate it was very tasty nice and chocolatey if your a chocolate lover. I was disappointed with the arcade it's small not much to it on games or prizes. Overall I won't necessarily return but I say give it a try some of you might like it better compared to my thoughts.
The food is good and the staff are extremely nice, My kid lost some of his tickets and when we told the staff they gave us more than the tickets we were supposed to get and we got our tokens back.
