Six Beans Coffee Victorville

This was my first time here and I got the caramel frappe with less coffee ,with 2% milk ,whipped cream. I don’t know what it was but it turned my stomach inside out . thank God I didn’t drink the whole cup. I don’t know if it was something in there , that my stomach didn’t agree with so, I don’t know, but I won’t go back. The women that were in there working Customer Service was great.

Sux Beans is my favorite coffee shop, when they stop selling one of my favorite Dark chocolate frappe, young lady introduced me to Chocolate Thunder with blended chocolate chips yummy. My new favorite

Cashier baristas in the lobby very kind and considerate... Drive-thru cashiers need to be more aware of the lobby and the little better attitude sitting down for a half an hour needed to use the restroom ask for code I guess I asked the wrong cashier not the cashier for the lobby but the cashier for the drive-thru and says that's for customers only when I've literally been sitting there for a half an hour they need to be more aware of their surroundings.. smile later at the same barista working drive-thru and looked at me with attitude guess she didn't like my response when I said I've been sitting here for a half an hour not very apologetic. otherwise caramel frappuccino extra caramel excellent I believe better than Starbucks in my opinion..,

Somehow my order is always wrong. You order in the drive thru. They confirm the order there. Then confirm again at the window. Then . . . open the window to confirm the order again, just to make sure they got your order correct. Just for them to make it wrong, add whipped cream when you specifically tell them “no whipped cream”, or ask for no dairy & specify the substitute just for them to ask over and over & still have it wrong.

Bagel sandwich was burnt, a few days before that my daughter’s marble bread was burnt, and my iced coffee contained milk which made me extremely sick. Somehow, we still decided to go again and support a local small business.

You take your drink back & get it corrected just for them to mess it up again. I’m not understanding, there needs to be a manager watching these kids. I will just make the drive to Apple Valley, the ladies at Yucca Loma always get things right.

If you think it’s just one employee, it’s not, it’s all but one. It’s ridiculous.

Not only does this location have the best coffee and food in the area, it has the most friendly and accommodating staff. Five star customer service, and best coffee spot in the High Desert hands down.

Kid-friendliness: One of the only coffee shops I have seen with their own kids menu.

We loved this place! Tasty coffee drinks, breads and pastries with friendly service. Although most of their business is drive thru, they have a comfortable, clean, well-lit interior that gave us a chance to stretch our legs and relax on the way to a stay in Death Valley.
