I've always been a fan of Sonic. However, I had a disappointing experience at the Sonic located at 11780 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392, where Sam, the manager, works. She was quite rude and even raised her voice at me, which made me question why someone with such a demeanor is in a customer service role. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. Run away from that sonic if she is still working there. She's dangerous.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT EDUCATED ON CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD GOT THE ORDER WRONG! THEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME MORE TO FIX THE ORDER BECAUSE BY NOW AFTER BEING IN LINE FOR 30 MINS. TO ORDER??? HAPPY HOUR EXPIRED AND THE RUDE UNFRIENDLY MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR THE HAPPY HOUR PRICE!. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE. I usually come here for the shakes they are very large and they taste wonderful but a few times I waiting in the drive thru just to find out that there ice cream machine was down so be aware that you might be disappointed in waiting for nothing if that's all your going there for is a shake!!

watched an employee grab something from the trash and then immediately prepare an order in the drive through. this place is not sanitary. customer service was poor and had the window slammed in my face for asking a question about my order as if i was making their job harder just because i had a question about my order. i was told to leave and when i asked for a superior i was denied to speak with them. staff is very sketchy at this location especially the store managers or shift leads

This place is unbelievable. $40 for an order and they said my card was declined. Funny because I went to the atm and pulled the money right out. They told me I had 10 mins before the order would cancel. I was gone less than 10 mins and then waited for a few minutes before someone came out to ask me was there something I needed. I told him I was there to pay for my food and he said no the time expired we canceled it. I said I wasnt gone 10 mins. I literally walked into Walmart grabbed the money and walked out. He then proceeds to tell me that well I go check the time again. I told him dont bother because I'm no longer interested in it and we left. Keep it real y'all thought I wasn't coming back then tried to lie and say it was past 10 mins. If you had answered the ordering box then you would have known I was there.

I don't now about the speed but if I order something on the mobile app while parked at sonic because online ordering is cheaper I still get my order after time scheduled like 10 min after so idk what the some people with new comments are talking about they trippin lol and this is everytime I've ordered keep in mind I've only ordered here 4x times since i been in this area for a couple months now and everytime I'd have to press the button to ask for my pickup order and like clock work my order usually comes out in that min like they wait for us to press the button like if adding our stall number that we are in on the mobile app doesn't say we are there waiting already. I Don't think they pay attention when people arrive for mobile orders or just forget at this location idk. Just gets annoying because by the time I get my shakes or slushies they are half way melted by then pretty much since they are served in plastic cups over here compared to Styrofoam cups like other sonic locations to keep a cold temp longer.
This site no longer accepts Apple, Samsung, and Google pay methods. It also seems no longer accepts orders from the app. So I can no longer place orders through the app or get my discount from using the app. It seems I have no reason to continue to do business with this franchise owner. Unless the franchise owner or the company plans on changing this.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can drive up and park. They bring food to your car so you can eat while parked. The only thing is that they are not wearing roller skates!

This location has become better than it was early this year. The service was horrendous before. It should not take 45 minutes for two drinks. Especially when it was scheduled for pick up. This location was dubbed “The slowest Sonic in America” by Sonic fans in the community. They are way better now. Now it only takes about 5 minutes no matter what I order. As it should be.
