This is a very nice and comfortable location, and it’s super close to the freeway. It’s one of my favorite stores, but it really made me a bit sad that there’s no Christmas spirit this year. The place feels a bit cold and plain, without the decorations that used to make it feel warm and welcoming, like the Christmas tree and festive touches from previous years. It’s a shame they didn’t put up any holiday décor this season.

I love this Starbucks customer service is phenomenal. I literally did not know there is no longer a Java Chip frappuccino. This Starbucks takes my order and makes it exactly how I order it. I found out there is no longer a Java Chip frappuccino when I ordered it at the Starbucks in Rialto California. I was heartbroken and had to order a Carmel frappuccino. Definitely not the same. Thank you to this Starbucks I appreciate you and your phenomenal customer service.

My rating is because literally only two active plugs. I sat in bench chairs that have power strip in them but they were not connected to power so unless you have a fully charged device your S.O.L. Otherwise baristas were great

Best Starbucks in the high desert. They are always quick, even when there's a long drive-thru line. Customer service is always immaculate, I've always been served with such kindness. And the drinks are always just right.

I go to Starbucks often and I order the same drink often. I always ask for no water because when water is included, you can’t taste the flavor of the drink. I get charged 1 dollar more because of it. I asked why and I was told because they have to add more base, I get charged. I called Starbucks directly and I was told that is untrue and they even refunded some of the extra charges I was charged. Unfortunately because I feel like I am being overcharged, I will not be visiting Starbucks anymore. It’s truly sad because they sell my favorite drink. People beware of the overcharging.
I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks that could’ve easily been avoided with clearer communication.
I came in, ordered a drink and food, and asked a female barista before settling in if the power outlets worked—I specifically asked about the ones along the bench in the corner, since I needed to charge my laptop while doing some light work. She asked her coworker, Xavier, and he said yes, they all work.
I plugged into one outlet—nothing. Waited a few minutes. Tried another—still nothing. My laptop ended up dying. I went back up and personally asked Xavier again, and was met with a dismissive attitude and strange looks, as if I was asking something unreasonable.
The issue isn’t that the outlets weren’t working—that happens. The issue is that I asked ahead of time, twice, just to avoid wasting time, and was given incorrect info. I wouldn’t have stayed or purchased anything if I had known. I just wanted to be productive for a short while, and instead walked away frustrated and disappointed.
Starbucks is usually reliable for working remotely, but this visit was a letdown.

The cup was not even filled all the way, not even halfway. I paid six dollars and some change for not even a half filled cup of coffee. The company was busy, but that is no excuse for not satisfying. My customer expectations. They could feel that the cup was nowhere near filled. It wasn’t even a half a cup. very disappointed just gave a multimillion dollar company six dollars press change for half full pump espresso a 3rd cup of milk. I was better off just making this myself.
Poor customer service at this location
I get to go to the phelan.Store 3 to 4 times a week.I love their strawberry drink.Cause I don't drink coffee and bacon and guda sandwich.It's a great fast breakfast. Service is very friendly.
