My rating is because literally only two active plugs. I sat in bench chairs that have power strip in them but they were not connected to power so unless you have a fully charged device your S.O.L. Otherwise baristas were great

Best Starbucks in the high desert. They are always quick, even when there's a long drive-thru line. Customer service is always immaculate, I've always been served with such kindness. And the drinks are always just right.

I go to Starbucks often and I order the same drink often. I always ask for no water because when water is included, you can’t taste the flavor of the drink. I get charged 1 dollar more because of it. I asked why and I was told because they have to add more base, I get charged. I called Starbucks directly and I was told that is untrue and they even refunded some of the extra charges I was charged. Unfortunately because I feel like I am being overcharged, I will not be visiting Starbucks anymore. It’s truly sad because they sell my favorite drink. People beware of the overcharging.
I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks that could’ve easily been avoided with clearer communication.
I came in, ordered a drink and food, and asked a female barista before settling in if the power outlets worked—I specifically asked about the ones along the bench in the corner, since I needed to charge my laptop while doing some light work. She asked her coworker, Xavier, and he said yes, they all work.
I plugged into one outlet—nothing. Waited a few minutes. Tried another—still nothing. My laptop ended up dying. I went back up and personally asked Xavier again, and was met with a dismissive attitude and strange looks, as if I was asking something unreasonable.
The issue isn’t that the outlets weren’t working—that happens. The issue is that I asked ahead of time, twice, just to avoid wasting time, and was given incorrect info. I wouldn’t have stayed or purchased anything if I had known. I just wanted to be productive for a short while, and instead walked away frustrated and disappointed.
Starbucks is usually reliable for working remotely, but this visit was a letdown.

The cup was not even filled all the way, not even halfway. I paid six dollars and some change for not even a half filled cup of coffee. The company was busy, but that is no excuse for not satisfying. My customer expectations. They could feel that the cup was nowhere near filled. It wasn’t even a half a cup. very disappointed just gave a multimillion dollar company six dollars press change for half full pump espresso a 3rd cup of milk. I was better off just making this myself.
Poor customer service at this location

Do NOT bother with this location. The service is slow and not very good. The baristas have attitudes and aren't attentive at all. I recently moved to the area, and I've gone to this location twice in the last two weeks. Once through the drive-thru and once I walked in.
The first time was the drive-thru, where I ordered a treinta Midnight Drink with light ice. I waited for an extended period as I watched the barista have a full-on conversation with the car ahead of me. They chatted it up for a solid five minutes. It seemed to take a while for them to get two drinks and food. After what seemed like an eternity (not actually, but it was FAR too long of a wait for a drive-thru), I finally got to the window. Again, it took a few minutes (I literally was waiting all this time, how was my drink not ready????) the barista finally came to take my payment while holding a Blackberry Sage Refresher. Before handing my payment, I ask, "Is that my drink?" He confidently answers, "Yes!" I respond very quickly, "that isn't what I ordered. I ordered a Midnight Drink." He then says "Oh, you want a Midnight Drink instead?" "No," I reply quickly, "Not INSTEAD. That's what I ordered,... a Midnight Drink." I was now annoyed. I didn't think my order what all that complicated. After another eternity (not really, just far too long for a drive-thru) I finally got my drink.
Second time, I met up with a friend for an afternoon cup of coffee. My friend ordered his drink before me. I came in about 2 minutes later, walk up to the counter, order a brewed coffee, no room. That's it! At most other Starbucks, the barista simply steps behind them to fill the drink. This barista didn't do that. She takes my payment, asks my name, and gives my payment back, and my friend and I go find a seat. It took about 10 minutes for my friend to get his tall iced Matcha. I realize that no one has called my name, and there are no brewed coffees waiting at the counter. It wasn't that busy, and there were at least five baristas behind the counter. So I stand at the counter, after about five minutes, another barista, NOT THE ONE THAT TOOK MY ORDER, asks what I ordered. I told her and she looks confused... probably because there was NO reason for me to have to ASK for it! She says she'll get it for me. While she wals away to go fill my coffee, the barista that took my order uses a machine next to the serving counter and is doing EVERYTHING in her power not to look my way. What a rude person. About a minute later, I finally had my drink.
Starbucks is all about convenience for me. But avoid this location. There is nothing convenient here. The service is lacking.

I'm not enjoying starbucks like before, they now charge for water and if you get a full cup of heavy cream starbucks ( 2 cups of coffee) charges as much as a grande drink. Then the egg bites I read contains genetically modified food... scary. Don't get me started on the NEW nasty want to be matcha... it's gross... they lost my business after 15yrs
