This morning, during my usual trip to Starbucks, I spotted the most beautiful couple of birds. They really brightened my day, even more than getting my favorite Starbucks drink typically does!

Just an FYI if you complain about something the baristas will try to justify how it is not their fault and explain their way out of accountability. I bought a nitro cold brew and they gave me foam with a bit of coffee. I called to explain to them my dissatisfaction about paying for foam. All the barista did was explain how it was not her fault I was so frustrated I just hung up. I wasn’t looking for a refund I was just letting them know to watch out for the future. Part of customer service is making sure the customer is receiving a good order. Apparently that doesn’t matter at this location. See photos for my order of disappearing foam with a bit of coffee and tons of disappointment.

I spend A LOT of money here....
My daughter needed a cup of water and they refused to give a cup of water without making a purchase.
The baby is 2 years old.
Horrible customer service. STINK POLICY - shows lack of appreciation for customers.
I am getting tired of Starbucks...
Krispy Kreme, for example, on Civic, gives much better service, offers freebies when one is inconvienienced, and has NEVER denied me a cup of water for my young baby.
Barista at the drive-thru was not simpathetic, polite, or even concerned about my disappointment. I did not need a sweet, sugary drink at that moment to need to make a purchase... But I had gotten an over-iced coffee that morning!

I don’t typically make reviews like this but I always come to this location and the service is decent but lately the service was by far the rudest I’ve experienced the past few times, and unfortunately my drink was done wrong and foods I received were half cold!

I ordered a Grande Oatmilk Vanilla Latte through the drive-thru, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The drink was made incorrectly it tasted mostly like coffee with very little milk. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the barista, a white female with blonde hair, responded with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve received a poorly made drink and unkind service at this location, and after this experience, I don’t plan on returning.

I recently visited my local Starbucks with a craving for some of my favorite items, only to be met with disappointment. Almost everything I tried to order was out of stock. From my go-to chocolate chip cookie to the brown sugar chicken espresso drink.

I hope the store and corporate team address these stock issues soon. Loyal customers deserve better inventory management.

The experience I had at this location was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, where they even threatened to call the cops on me due to asking a simple question of ordering at the speaker box vs ordering on my phone which I had done today like other times, and them trying to get me to drive around the drive thru again to help their numbers. SM Stephanie has no business leading a team with such poor customer service and lack of leadership showing is how her whole team treated me a paying customer who wasn’t belligerent, aggressive, or demeaning but simply wasn’t up to help them cheat to win. If I could give 0 stars I would.
