Just had a dumpy experience at this Starbucks. I always have the same order, specifically asking for light ice each and every single time. This time I had to turn my car around after realizing they gave me more than light ice. Normally, it wouldn’t be a huge deal but I decided that it wouldn’t hurt to at least get it corrected because who wouldn’t want their right order? When I got there, staff was already accusatory as if I’m a liar that I was unsatisfied with my drink. A. I’ve never been to any Starbucks that has asked to give them back a drink that has already been sipped out of. It’s a weird request and pretty unsanitary. B. The fact that I was inconvenienced in the first place and had to turn around and get a new beverage should have at least granted me the right to keep the first one. However, my ego and pride isn’t as big as the supervisor’s, Lonnie. Anyway, a woman in charge at 8:50 am on November 11, 2025. Outright rude, disrespectful, and completely undeserving of a leadership position if you cannot even handle a simple conflict with some poise and grace. It no longer was about the drink, but the principle of the matter. Thank you. Not coming here again.

Ordered a vt iced pecan crunch oat latte and got a cup full of ice with hardly any coffee in it and then it wasn’t even full with coffee and they didn’t put the oat milk 🤦♂️ or pecan crunch in it omg Starbucks get better employees this isn’t the first time at you’re location neither 🤦♂️ look at photos I uploaded does that look like a iced pecan crunch
