This location always gets my order wrong. I went back today to have my order corrected after I said no sugar in my coffee, and of course they put sugar in it. The girl at the window corrected my coffee but just looked at me with saying anything. I had to ask her for an apology. I explained to her that a simple sorry would do as opposed to a blank stare.

This Starbucks is absolutely wonderful with its convenience drive-thru. I ordered a trenta ice coffee and lemon cake slice. I was so overwhelmed with joy upon receiving my order that drove off forgetting my change from the 20 dollar bill I handed to girl at the window. When I went back to inform so.eone that I had forgotten about my change the store manager told me that she had asked the young lady who took my payment if she had handed me my change and the young lady told her that she had already given me my change. It hadn't even been 20 minutes since I returned for my change. I let the café manager know that what the young lady had told her wasn't true. The café manager ended up giving me my change but also said that they dont usually do that. So I just said thank you and left.

Thank you to the sweet girl this morning at the drive thru, around 8am. I didn’t catch her name, but her kindness made my day. Just dropped my dog off at the vet, and was having a bad morning. Thanks girl! Also.. You guys ( all the girls there) are always sweet, and always make my drinks the best.

Had a minor issue with my drink, I had not noticed until I had already got to work. I called and the manager was quick to offer 2 solutions and was very kind as well as apologetic. This morning I went through, they gave me a new drink and they were kind, no issues, with great customer service. Even provided the reason for the issue. With all the negative shared, I thought I'd share some positive.

This is the sweetest experience I have ever had at a Starbucks location. I was redeeming my birthday reward and the barista was so nice, I forget to ask her name but she was so welcoming and wished me a Hapoy birthday. Even gave me a restaurant recommendation for lunch “cava”. Will definitely check it out. Made my day, so thank you so I her. Hope she sees this review.

The morning staff and every other staff is amazing, kind, and so accommodating excluding the evening staff. It was two girls and a guy, had to wait a while till they took our order and it wasn’t busy. We waited for SO long, the sun was going down and we had places to go but all they were doing was talking. The man was the only one taking the orders very slowly as he would stop to talk, and the others were refilling not even halfway empty things instead of doing the drinks from us and the drive thru. But what really got us was the man and others were talking loudly with eachother and when he would set down and call out our drinks it would be the tiniest whisper ever, if we were even blessed to even get a call our drink was finished. Also messed it up, added zero syrup to my matcha, it was forgotten.
Everyone was professional including the new hire.
