The morning staff and every other staff is amazing, kind, and so accommodating excluding the evening staff. It was two girls and a guy, had to wait a while till they took our order and it wasn’t busy. We waited for SO long, the sun was going down and we had places to go but all they were doing was talking. The man was the only one taking the orders very slowly as he would stop to talk, and the others were refilling not even halfway empty things instead of doing the drinks from us and the drive thru. But what really got us was the man and others were talking loudly with eachother and when he would set down and call out our drinks it would be the tiniest whisper ever, if we were even blessed to even get a call our drink was finished. Also messed it up, added zero syrup to my matcha, it was forgotten.

Went there today asked for 2 strawberry refreshers asked with water not lemonade I don’t know if they have a hearing problem or what I got the drinks with Lemonade I also asked for 8 scoops of strawberries they put like one again I believe they need ear lavages for sure Never again will I go to that Starbucks they suck balls they are lucky I’m not allergic to lemonade they need to be careful when they are making the drinks because people say there orders a specific way for a reason.

I drove for one hour and i want to use the restroom before get coffee or something and i ask cashier can i use the restroom please and answer was its only for customers and i was like I didn’t understand wat u said and rude cashier told me let me start with your order first and then u can use the restroom . I feel so embarrassed front of other people and i just left never 👎 wants to go this location again

I come here all the time but lately the drinks have tasted like they’re lacking in flavor compared to other Starbucks locations. I don’t think they’re sticking to the correct measurements and drinks have gone down in quality at this location

Typical Starbucks shop (store layout, cool workers, overly priced drinks). I would really like to know company policy in regards to the blended drinks, when I order the extra shots like triple venti and I am paying for the extra expresso shots I want to whole container of the mix. It's on them if they don't follow the recipe for total fluid volume mix.

Honestly we use to come to this place a lot but after dealing with this she/he supervisor I don't think we will be coming here anymore and it's really disappointing. Not only did this person give us the wrong drink but this person gave us attitude and decided keep throwing the peace sign as if this person thought it was suppose to insult us. I suggest having this person learn some better manners and learn customer service before really having this person manage a store. Starbucks should know better than to have someone of this caliber manage a store . Don't come here especially while this person is around.

Starbucks is always a great place to get great drinks. I noticed the sizing of cups are smaller and cost more. Also the service was less than mediocre.

I live close to this Starbucks so I frequent there a lot but the employee named Jenn is very rude and I have no idea why she is placed at the window. She never looks happy to be there, she doesnt say “Hello” , shes very rude and talks in a tone. The night staff is amazing and so sweet, I wish the morning staff would show the same energy.
