Typical Starbucks shop (store layout, cool workers, overly priced drinks). I would really like to know company policy in regards to the blended drinks, when I order the extra shots like triple venti and I am paying for the extra expresso shots I want to whole container of the mix. It's on them if they don't follow the recipe for total fluid volume mix.
I wish someone with a brain would have designed the parking lot and drive thru. However, the staff is amazing and always upbeat and on point. The young lady at the window today just helped start my day in such a kind way. Thanks for always having wonderful staff Starbucks. Also, thanks for my red cup ? ?
Drive through order-taker asked me for my order 2 times in the drive through & still repeated it back wrong (I ordered an off-the-menu drink). Told her I had a birthday drink coupon. When I got to the window, she told me the price. I reminded her that I had the coupon. She scanned it & didnt talk to me at all after that. The drink was right though.Not a horrible experience, but it could been better?...plus it is my birthday. ?
