I show up 5 mins after my order for one drink is supposed to be ready. I always have to wait even longer. Every time I have been here, they have only had maybe 3 other people in the lobby. This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have visited in the area as far as how long it takes them to have one drink ready.

The cashier was very rude to my 82 year old father who needed to use the bathroom and the cashier said you have to make a purchase to get the restroom code great way to treat the elderly and disabled of the world I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks to anyone because they are very rude and inconsiderate to the elderly and disabled

More than 20 years spent my money almost all day in this company, STARBUCKS. And be a constant and loyal customer. When I ask for water for a pill, I have to buy something so they can give me water. This company is really going from bad to worse, and its new rules for its customers are just as bad as the customer service with the new employees they hired, who are arrogant and have attitude.
