Location is inside of the barnes and noble in the mall. Frappes were watered down. Both tasted of just water and ice. No sweetness what so ever. Wont be coming back again.

Very bad customer experience ever with Ethan that didn’t want to assist me with some water just because he was close when there where customers waiting for there beverages. So I walked across to another location and some girl that was closing her store still gave me water ! Every unprofessional of him

The Starbucks is in a mall mostly busy all the time. The day we visited they forgot my daughter's breakfast sandwich while sitting in the area I noticed it made a couple more mistakes but I'm sure it was just who was Staffing this unit at the time. Otherwise everything was good as usual for Starbucks
