Had Steak ‘n Shake in Chicago for my first time and it was amazing so was so happy to see one on our 10 hr drive home from California. This one tasted nothing like the one from Chicago. Just was not as good. Service was great but they did take a while at making our food. We sat in the drive thru lane for almost 15 minutes.

Walked in today, 02-28-2024 @ 12pm noon. No verbal greeting or acknowledgement of our existence. 3-5 minutes passed until we decided to eat elsewhere. Only as we exited, were we acknowledged with a " have a nice day." I will be surprised with all recent local closings of other businesses within the Victor Valley, that they are still in business.

I wasnt impressed getting a dry hamburger without any sauce within bun. Thankfully, there was ketchup and mustard on the table to add flavor to the burger meat that didnt seem seasoned at all. Shake was enormous, but not great flavor either. Sorry, just my outake as other reviews reflected better - guess Im just picky on my food more than most.

Employees were very friendly and quickly took our order. Our drinks were at the table just as soon as we sat down, and our food was delivered shortly after. The food was amazing and was hot and fresh. The dining room, as well as the restrooms, were very clean and spotless. Plenty of seating and plenty of parking.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.

It's become a cherished ritual for us. On my recent visit, I decided to switch things up and swapped the usual fries for a cup of their chili. It was a delightful surprise – rich in flavor and perfectly seasoned. It's these small yet significant experiences, combined with the nostalgic atmosphere, that keep me coming back for more
