Bad customer service. I usually order online as it's very convenient for me to show up and pick up. I only get a 30 min lunch break. Recently my orders started to be wrong.. I figured a simple mistake could happen to anyone and didn't say anything the first two times. My last order which was TITAN Turkey was messed up.. Hardly any Turkey (supposed to have twice as much along with 2x the cheese) and they forgot to put any cheese.. When i went in to alert them, the lady working the table said they could only remake half as the other half was already eaten.. ( I shared with a co worker). No apology.. they should had remade the whole sub as the missing half still didn't have any cheese and hardly any turkey. Corporate doesn't care you email them and nothing.. lol Well I haven't gone back since. Its been almost two months... GO to the SUBWAY OFF HOOK BLV it's worth the 5 min drive!!

I want to highlight Johnny, a male worker at this establishment, who consistently provides excellent service. His generosity and dedication to ensuring my order is perfect and the bread is soft makes a significant difference in my experience. His efforts are the only reason I continue to choose this place for my meals. I know he works more than just this one job just to make ends meet because I saw him working elsewhere and asked! I strongly suggest tipping this great, hardworking man.

The turn over rate at this subway is high, I wouldn't blame these poor souls, they always leave ONE sandwich artist all the time, sometimes I have to take an hour of lunch to try to catch my lunch time.

If you don't want a working fountain drink dispenser this is the location to go. Went here for lunch today and got the $6.99 meal of the day and as usual their fountain is still down. They charged 50 cents extra for a bottled drink for the meal of the day despite their fountain being down. Not my fault their fountain is down and I shouldn't be charged extra for my drink when they should have a backup drink method for their meal of the day when their fountain is down. When I asked the reason for the 50 cent increase in price I was told by the employee on duty that they have to pay a specific price for bottled drinks. I highly doubt they pay the same price I'm charged for a bottled drink. As a business they should have a backup drink method for their fountain when it's down or not offer the meal of the day when their fountain is down.

Be prepared to wait. The service here is SLOW. I only have a 30 minute lunch so I try to order in advance but half the time that doesn't help either. The people here can see a line forming during the lunch hour but still feel no sense of urgency to get people their order and out the door.

my father went in to pick up some sandwiches yesterday. he stood in line behind a family who was ordering, and when the employee saw him he told my father the restroom was for customers only. my dad responded that he wasn’t there to use the restroom, he was there to get sandwiches. the employee repeated that he wouldn’t be allowed to use the restroom because it was for customers only.
my dad has cancer. maybe he looked less than his best in his sneakers and cargo pants that fit a bit too loose now that he’s lost so much weight. but the behavior of that employee was awful and my father left to go to the subway in apple valley instead. we will be contacting management to let them know about this incident, and will never return to this location.

The owners of the subway are idiots!I went there to pick up a mobile order I had placed through the app. There was one girl working. I sat in line for 25 minutes waiting for this girl to make a bunch of subs for somebody. There was a line of four people and I was only the second person in line. I finally got my mobile order after being in the subway for 35 minutes. One guy behind me got so frustrated he walked out.How do you justify staffing your place with one person when it’s right next to a freeway and at a gas station? Apparently this is how they schedule their staff. So if you’re gonna go to this subway, be prepared to wait for a long time. Honestly, I probably won’t ever go back to this one. The girl working today gets 5 stars. The owners of this subway get 0 stars.

Was greeted with a beautiful smile and friendly girl Stephanie. She made me feel like I was family just in the 5 mins she helped me. Adrian who was also working joked and my time there great.

I was going everyday for about a month and I noticed that one employee always charges me more for the same item than any other employee. So I have stopped going to this particular subway.
