Worst customer service especially by the Asian manager had an attitude with every customer if she don’t like her job shouldn’t be working there plain and simple she’s lucky I didn’t throw my sandwich at her face

Worker with red hair was super rude and condescending, all I wanted was a sandwich cut in half and she was acting like a jerk. Idk if you're mad because you work here, but I did not do anything to you. :/ So rude to the point that I just left, as I was leaving (I made no comment, just “never mind, have a nice day” and she told me “thanks for the breakfast!” Like I worked fast food for 7 years, fire her.

6:45 pm , only one sandwich artist available for online and guest service. It’s a waste of time to come here! He was prepping , then went to the register, finished charging the guest and didn’t even wash his hands after handling CASH, just went to put on some gloves and began an online order. HE MUST HAVE PAID to get his food handlers exam passed! Where is the manager or the shift supervisor here!??? THIS IS HOW WE GET STOMACH ILLNESS…this location needs to be re-examined again, and bring another employee in to help…never seen any fast food restaurant without any manger on shift or Shift Supervisor! ?

Antoinette was staring me and my daughter down while we tried to eat our lunch in this establishment. It got so bad I got up and asked if she knew me she stated no so I asked why was she staring at us in such a threatening way she said because was just scouting the room. Well smile next. These employees are racist and very rude for no apparent reason. She seen her co worker had a long line and instead of helping she left the co worker to clear out 4 customers who all order 3 to 4 foot longs a piece. The customers were black but once all the white customers came in that’s when Antoinette came to help. I watched all this happen couldn’t believe how she made all those customers wait like that just to sit in the back
Very unprofessional, very unsanitary employees are rude and inconsiderate they cover the meat so you don't see it NOT COOL ..I won't be back to that
