I went in ordered I was almost done with my sub I asked for vinaigrette the lady put the wrong sauce on my sub and she said she will take it off and started pulling my sub apart. I asked for a new one and she said she's just going to just take it off nasty rude people jersey Mike's it is.

Bread was awful, tasted like it was 3 days old. Service was slow. Wanted to use the bathroom but had to wait until someone was free because they wouldn't tell me the code, they need to escort you. Workers look crushed

I love that you brought back the daily sandwich meal deals. With as much as prices have gone up, I'm still able to get my favorite sandwich for an affordable price. I wished you didn't weigh the meat though. You barely put enough on it as it is, but it's still a good deal. I usually pay the upgraded fee to get a footlong, why wouldn't you anyway. Thank you. California state law says that you do not charge tax on a cold sandwich only when it is toasted. This place has additional tax built in on their cash register and have been charging everyone tax that they are not supposed to they are actually keeping the profits and not sending this money to the state. I will be contacting the franchise tax board to report them. I would strongly urge anyone to not use subways that charge tax on a cold sandwich.

For starters I had asked the lady for ranch ,but instead she put a garlic oil so I had to repeat myself and she didn’t hear me or bother to change my sandwich.Another thing was that there was cross contamination with the vegetables.Lastly, I had given them a coupon which said expiration date “5/25” thinking it would work, instead they tell me it was already expired.

I love Subway, but when there's a big line and there is only one person in making sandwiches, it is terrible service. The guy was trying his best to keep up while people waited. I ordered mine online and it took 20min after it was supposed to be complete. I don't give the man working a 2 star management .

Worst customer service especially by the Asian manager had an attitude with every customer if she don’t like her job shouldn’t be working there plain and simple she’s lucky I didn’t throw my sandwich at her face

Worker with red hair was super rude and condescending, all I wanted was a sandwich cut in half and she was acting like a jerk. Idk if you're mad because you work here, but I did not do anything to you. :/
So rude to the point that I just left, as I was leaving (I made no comment, just “never mind, have a nice day” and she told me “thanks for the breakfast!” Like I worked fast food for 7 years, fire her.

6:45 pm , only one sandwich artist available for online and guest service. It’s a waste of time to come here! He was prepping , then went to the register, finished charging the guest and didn’t even wash his hands after handling CASH, just went to put on some gloves and began an online order. HE MUST HAVE PAID to get his food handlers exam passed! Where is the manager or the shift supervisor here!??? THIS IS HOW WE GET STOMACH ILLNESS…this location needs to be re-examined again, and bring another employee in to help…never seen any fast food restaurant without any manger on shift or Shift Supervisor! ?
