Hands down to Rafael!!!! By far some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. My daughter and I went in to grab dinner and the line was so long… Rafael was the only worker and he had online pick ups as well. He did such a great job. He was very professional, quick, accurate, made sure to address everyone, and did it with a smile!!!!! And he Wished everyone a Happy Holidays as they left. We definitely need more “ Rafael’s”. Thank you so very much for making the end of my hectic day, just a little bit better!!!!

Went in there yesterday around 10:30 am. The Place wasn't really busy 2 persons ahead and a couple eating... I was greeted right away and the service was great. The worker I guess her name Elisa or Eliza was friendly, courteous and helpful. The sandwiches came out great and the restaurant was clean and presentable. Definitely returning to this location in the future.

The service was incredibly slow, there were two guys there that had a hard time handling orders. And there was only a few customers. I’ve never been to the subway where it took so long. It says that they’re open till midnight but they were out of so many things. It was ridiculous. It took forever to get a meatball sandwich.
