Raphael is a superstar!!! Great customer service and good at the rush of customers. Hey management you should get him some help closing the store. He was slammed and alone. He was managing the Customers very well.
I love everything about Subway! The problem is that they're always having an issue! The soda machine works about 50% of the time. They're often "out" of stuff and now the toaster doesn't work! This Subway gets plenty of business, so it should be run better and more efficiently. I have to go out of my way to find a location that strives to be run well! That's why they only got 3 stars.
I like the service. The ladies who serve are kind and friendly. The only thing that seems a bit strange to me (I'm not sure if it's a custom in all branches) is that they hand out a bunch of napkins all crumpled up inside the pack. In any case, it's just an aesthetic issue, so I'll keep my rating the same.
