I had a meatball sandwich and my wife had a chicken sandwich. She said her sandwich was ok. Mine was not too good. Most of the cheese melted out onto the wrapper. The bread was hard and tough on the end. The soda machine was broken so he gave me a bottled soda to substitute on the meal deal but ended up charging me extra for it. They also need to get some options for toddlers and young kids that aren't ready for sandwiches yet.

We got there at 8:15 and the lady that helped us told my daughter we cant eat in because they were cleaning And I asked if i could have the restroom code to wash my hands and she said Nooo its wet and I cant let you go in the restroom that was really rude and it was bot even 9 pm yet. It was 8:27 when i was trying to get my drink. I really dont appreciate that we always go there to eat and never had that experience
Me and my wife went there for a solid thirty minutes the worker didn’t acknowledge us and then when he made our sandwiches he was adding barely any ingredients like for example we asked for peppers he put four on a footling sandwich 1/10

went for the 6.99 sub special . the person working said had to download the app spent 20 mins in doing so. and the special didn't show up . she showed me on her phone that it did . but not on mine then a group of people came in so I was so frustrated I just left . they need to make it easier to get the special. I probably won't go back because of this .

The bread not fresh at all !! It was so hard!! My kid can even take a bite!!! The tomato looks saggy!!!
Came in for lunch. Ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrap. Waited in line for 15 minutes to order. Server left bacon on counter, after she had already wrapped my sandwich. After I paid and she touched register, unwraps my sandwich next to register to add bacon.... not coming back to this subway again!!!!
