walked in 3 hours before closing to be told they were packing up and not doing toasting because they already cleaned. homegirl was not trying to make my sandwhich I guess so in n out for dinner it is. yikessss

Today, there were 2 ladies working, they were preoccupied in making the orders for pickup first, then the line that was waiting patiently to get their order. My mother went inside this subway, I was sitting in the car waiting, when I was wondering why it was taking longer just to get a a 12 inch sandwich. We got to subway at 2000 and she didnt get out until 2023, 23 minutes waiting. My mother was saying that she was explaining one of the ladies what she wanted in her sandwich, half the sandwich was her and the other half was mine, obviously we both have different likes on our sandwiches. Tell me......why did the lady decide to add what she wanted on our sandwich instead of following what my mom wanted for one side of the sandwich and something else on the other half? She told me that the lady seemed annoyed or frustrated.
I apologize that this subway only has 2 employees working but check your customer service. If a leader is reading, check your cameras.......you will see what my mom had to deal with.

First time at this specific subway location and came in with my boyfriend and nephew with a coupon. The two ladies serving everyone had terrible customer service and were really rude. I am in no way racist it felt like they were not only talking about me but also about other customers because they would communicate in their own language. I had asked one to please mark one of the steak sandwiches on the wrapper that is has mayo because the other one would not. She proceeded with an attitude to open the entire sandwich wrapper again not understanding me. I was patient and polite and repeated what I meant a couple more times. When she finally understood what I meant she proceeded to once again with an attitude talk to her coworker in another language while following my request. I'm all for speaking whatever language you desire. What I'm not for is bad service and an attitude. Especially when I did nothing to you. Not once did I give her an attitude, raise my voice, nada. Would not come here again.

Zero customer service period. Not to mind the Ac was not working when it was 98 outside not safe for customer, staff or food temperatures.
Order 6inch $7.49 sub. Lady making the food very slow no sense of urgency and not friendly.

My family of 4 were waiting in line to be served. I asked the next 2 customers in front of us, if I can cut to get the restroom key for my son. The lady at the counter seemed overwhelmed, and replies that she can’t service us because she had other customers, the very customers that said this was fine.
Most places would’ve just handed the key and proceeded to the next customer. This lady was overwhelmed by a line of customers that haven’t complained yet.
I pulled a Karen, and the. Had to storm off to calm down. They need to hire more folks or teach this one lady about customer satisfaction. If we are going to wait in line then maybe let us use the restroom

I ordered take out and always have a problem my order is not in the system and today I had a same problem my husband has a serious medical condition and he needs to take his medicine at specific time after meal and I am so pissed she CANCELLED my order my and she lied about system cancelled my order and I am going to complain this lady Subway headquarter!!!!!! She doesn't know what she is causing if the customer has a serious medical condition like my husband. This time was huge enough!

Never come to this Subway .If you want poor service you sure will get it here. Today me my husband and son came in. I asked the lady behind counter if she can open the restroom and she said to give her a second so after the other lady finished making the person sandwich she opened got the keys to open it me and my son waited for her to unlock it and the small blue rectangle restroom sign fell off wall and hit my son’s cheek and eye. I told her the sign hit him on his face and she picked it up and put it back on wall. Then she told other girl that was there and she removed it from wall and just laughed to the other girl. Very poor service and rude customer service. We asked them for the manager phone number and she said she can’t give it out.
I’m gonna start to go to Subway in Apple Valley they greet you when you walk in and are very polite to their customers.

Ordered a veggie Pattie sandwich….which ever employee made my sandwich DID NOT put the Pattie on it and the customer service I received about fixing my problem was horrible. Shame on all the workers and that owner.

I hate to write crappy reviews but this is the second time I have gone and got such rude customer service from the girl with the glasses and wears her hair in a bun, she doesn’t have a name tag. The first time I went in there was one person ahead of me and I believe she was training another employee, cool I understand. No greeting, no I’ll be right with you. I stood there for over 20 minutes on my lunch break while they laughed and had a Spanish lesson with the customer. I even sat down I was so annoyed of waiting. And not being acknowledged. Today I ordered online went in and the same employee told me she didn’t have an order for my name. Confirmed the address. Showed her my confirmation and she just walked away and started making my sandwich. Which was suppose to be ready over half an hour prior to me coming in. (Ordered a hour ahead of me coming in) Didn’t apologize for it not being ready, or even smile or say it was the system. Nothing. And then just slapped my cup down and walked away after she bagged my 6”.
I get it, I work customer service and worked food for over 7 years. People can suck but come on… it’s not my fault I choose to eat there. But working in the same complex it’s easy. But I won’t go there anymore since I seem to be such an annoyance.
