Just ordered online before 7:30pm, went to pick up and they were extremely rude, can tell they wanted to get out of there early. I needed to add another sandwich and she said I could only do it from the app, knowing you can't order pass 7:30 on the app. Home now and the Sandwich was made poorly, ordered the titan to get more turkey, clearly did not have more on it.

This subway is always cleañ añd good But there's only 2 people working so It takes forever to get your food made. They are losing money as I have had to walk out añd go somewhere else on my lunch break. Others may also I assume.

My favorite Subway as of late.Pros- well done and they work pretty fast. Right off Bear Valley so it's convenient.Cons- the parking is annoying and apparently entering the parking lot drops your IQ a few points. You've been warnedIf you can, get Nolen as your sandwich artist. He does a great job and friendly too!

Bring back the delicious original chipotle sauce which is the #1 reason I bought chips with my sandwich to dip into. Now I don't. The new one is nasty and I get allergic reactions from it at the roof of my mouth and in my throat.

I placed a curbside pick up order @630pm to be ready by 650pm I arrived the app said it was ready and had to wait till 750pm for my sandwich ridiculous !! place was crowded and only 1 employee I felt bad for the employee Lucca but come on subway get it together

The little filipino, Chinese, Asian lady doesn't hear right and I had to keep repeating myself 5 times and she was super super slow very unhappy with her services and as slow as she was our sandwiches were made sloppy and hardly had any meat

The workers are rude. Constantly and loudly complaining about incoming online orders as well as about incoming customers. Was in line for over 30min yet the online orders newly coming in are getting made first while the wait time is exceeding 30min. There was only 1 couple ahead of us waiting and they only ordered 2 sandwiches. The condiments were half "out of stock". The workers behind the counter were rude when addressing customers. No customer service at all. Costumers coming here are treated as nuisance. Every time someone came in, they would mutter 'omg', right in front of the customers they are helping. I'm disappointed in the way this store is ran.. Also complaining about the menu changing while they are making your sandwich wrong. I know this is Victorville, but damn. Won't be returning..

I love the Mega Meats sandwich. Subway can be counted on to make good sandwich. I am not sure how the change to slicing the meat for each sandwich will impact the service times. It would seem to be a waste of time and just slow things down.
