This location has bad customer service and the bread was hard.
The lady that served me was very rude and didn’t like her job it seems that way to me. Won’t ever go back to this location again

Worst place ever, I don't usually put reviews. Walked in lady at counter both short mexican lady and also teenager was having massive attitude, old woman was ordering and they just gave her bad attitude, little kid ordered for his mom and say teenager woman was being just totally disrespectful kid was at least 10 trying to order for his mom. We put in our order and just no customer service at all. If you hate your job so much why work. BOTH WOMAN ON TODAY THE 21ST of June at 11:30 JUST POOR ATTITUDES. The worse part i go pay and it asks for tip. My wife was upset already and said you better not tip. Everyone is in a bad mood apparently today.. These 2 woman need to be talked to my owner or management.

Lady Maria rang up person in front took bread out of oven and made sandwich with thesamegloves lettuce was brown she stated its all like that. There was no napkins or containers cup. Place by soda machine dirty. There is no customer service number to call and complain

Went to Subway tonight at 8 PM an hour before closing the door was already locked. Come to find out there’s only one employee in the building. I guess nobody else showed up and management manager had told the woman to lock the doors. Don’t serve anymore customers and do her cleaning That manager should’ve had their butt at that subway immediately to help out. I worked for 30 years and I had situations like that I worked my butt off. There was a gentleman there that had ordered on your app. He canceled his order because he felt sorry for the woman and that’s nice. I did too. I left and I made it to the other one across town just barely and guess what I’m not coming to yours anymore and I eat at Subway 2 to 3 times a week what you did was wrong not the woman who worked there all by herself and she’ll probably clean that restaurant spotless and punch out at a normal time and continue cleaning, which is wrong, but I know those type of people. No she needs to put the food away since it’s closed. Put everything away in the fridge. Throw everything away that needs to be thrown away and start cleaning the counters in the front sweeping the front putting the chairs up on the table, mopping the floor and then go in the back and start cleaning what she can clean but as soon as that time for her to leave, she needs to punch out and leave and leave everything else for the dayshift or for the manager to come in and do it, which is what a manager is supposed to do?
Tried new nachos very disappointed other than tomato onion and avocado for extra charge you can’t add anything else I give it a what are you thinking don’t waste your money on it

This place went corporate and now it sucks. I order online for pickup and I get there only to find the place closed and I can't dispute the charges until after 3 days.

I went in to get dinner for me and my family and the one associate Katelyn seemed very overwhelmed by her job, but was not happy with anything and made me feel like my order was stupid and didn’t explain things very well either. I understand being overwhelmed, but She could’ve been a bit nicer.

Older guy in the evening is rude
There was a huge line and the people making the food were to worried about the online orders unstead of taking orders from the customer waiting in the store hopefully they will fix this or I won't be back!

Horrible customer service ordered a sandwich on the app came after 20 minutes and they started our sandwich after waiting 5 minutes. Then my wife ordered 5 minutes after me yet they made her wait 20 minutes while we were there. The older philippino lady was rude about making me wait when i was more than polite. I am really disappointed with the service.

Dont go unless you order online, the app was down for me and its the only thing they care about, wasted my lunch waiting for the server to do a 3 sandwich online order before taking my order
